Confused email from NVC??

Hello VJ community -

So on Jan 13, I received a checklist from NVC stating that my wife's passport police certificate was not included in the IV package submission. On Jan 23, I got another email from NVC indicating that they received all documents. So do I submit the police certificate to NVC...or should I wait for the interview to be scheduled? (In Mumbai India)

Here is what I received:

Dear Sir/Madam,

All documentation necessary to complete the National Visa Center's processing of your case has been received. As soon as an interview date has been scheduled, the applicant, petitioner and attorney (if applicable) will be notified.

The applicant should NOT make any travel arrangements, sell property, or give up employment until the US Embassy or Consulate General has issued a visa.

The US Embassy or Consulate General may require additional documentation at the time of the interview.

I would call NVC soonest. The second email indicates a case complete. Call them to verify this. They may be telling you that you can bring the police check with you to the interview. Good luck!

Was there a check list attached? We got a similar checklist indicating a CC but to bring a document to the interview further done the page.

Call NVC TO MAKE SURE CUZ SOMETIMES THEY ARE LOST THEM SELFS

Thanks everyone for the advice. Unfortunately, I am having a hard time of getting a hold of NVC. I call about 10-15 times a day, but everytime I call...I am always getting a message that their phone lines are busy. Any suggestions on how I can get a hold of them quicker.

I checked out the NVC shortcut thread, but that didn't help either.
