Anyone know in the joint tax transcript does it show each spouse's income? I try to use my spouse's income as asset for Form I864.

Thank you!

And If it does not separate each one's income. How do I prove her income?

In the form I864 instruction, it said that "Do not include copies of form W2 or 1099 if you provide an IRS transcript of your return rather than a photocopy of your tax returns".

Prove the income by Pay stubs, W2 or a letter from employer..

"Do not include copies of form W2 or 1099 if you provide an IRS transcript of your return rather than a photocopy of your tax returns"

This part is not for proving income. This part is for proving that your tax returns are correct. Some people do not send IRS transcripts, instead they send form 1040 and USCIS does not know if the information in your 1040 form is correct or fake , So to prove that you send W2 and 1099s. Now when you send IRS transcript, those are issued by IRS and there is no chance of them being fake. So this part is specifically for proving your tax returns.

Thanks RnZ. So now I need to enclose my spouse's W2, our joint tax transcript to prove her income right? And specifically, she is gonna put her income only (from her W2) correct? Part 6, question 5, 10 and 13a.

If the I-864 is for adjustment of status, you can show total household income.

But the incomes will include mine which is not qualified. I try to show USCIS my spouse's income only. So on question 13a, should my spouse only put her income or our one?

If your spouse's income is sufficient, you can only use that income. Infact, in my opinion you should only use that income because if you include yours they will ask you to show a proof that you are allowed to work in the states. Then there is more documentation, chance of RFE etc which can delay your case.

Your tax transcript will probably show more but that does not matter as long as you prove your spouse's income by showing her W2 and pay stub.
