Hi,

Came to the U.S. in December on K1 visa. Got married. Was planning on file the next form to adjust my status until we found out we are now needs of navy and because my husband is an e5 and the e5 shortages overseas, it's likely we will be moved overseas.

How will this work while i adjust my status?

So annoyed right now.

You'll have to wait in the USA until your AOS is done and you have your green card. If he's being deployed then you can request an expedite. I'm think you can do the same thing if he's being stationed abroad too. You can retain your green card if he is stationed abroad. I'm not sure exactly how it works but I know you can.
