Timeline

A case number was just assigned for us at the NVC and we have all of the documents ready to send in via email as soon as we are invoiced and all paid up. I've gone through the timelines on here, but I can't quite get a handle on what our timeline might look like. I'm not looking for dates I can count on because I know it varies widely. But realistically, if we don't receive any checklists, what is a general best case scenario month that we might be able to move to the US? We both currently live in Canada together.

July 1? Aug 1? Sept 1? Later?

I'm just trying to get a grasp on when I might expect this all to be over. The stress of this has us both at our wits end. It is so helpful to be able to read these forums and hear from people in similar situations. It keeps us from going crazy!

Thanks! :)

Give 4 months for the NVC and interview date with no delays. You should be interviewing in May or June and be done by July at the latest.
