VJ is a U.S. based immigration website, so it makes sense that there would be more stories about things American than things British. I suspect if you login to a British website there would be more stories about what colour underwear the queen is wearing that day, and which one of her grandsons is taking it in the azz late at night in Soho and all that.

My wife has a cousin in the Canadian armed forces. He's a really cool guy and spent some time in Afghanistan. He always has really nice things to say about the Americans he served with. But why would we return the favor. I mean, we're americans ya know?
