VISA interview tomorrow - who else?

I upgraded once based on gold status. They brought so much fine food and treats, that I finally had drop out of the food to get some sleep. I totally missed breakfast and begged for a gulp of coffee when they woke me to get the seat upright for landing. Nice!

Once my fiancé was flying over on Christmas Day. The airport was insane with flight delays and over bookings. Angry people were giving the gate attendants hell. My fiancé, who is so thoughtful, bought a box of fine chocolates and gave it to the ladies saying he was so sorry they had to spend Christmas dealing with rude people. She took his boarding pass and gave him a first class seat assignment back.

Aww, that was such a sweet gesture. I always make sure to relax and treat people kindly at airports and on planes, they can so much hassle from angry/impatient travelers. So far, no first class upgrades, but I'm hoping karma will treat me one day .
