I was able to call them just now. Just keep calling and the number will ring. The representative who got my call said I have to wait for the priority date to be current. Well at least I am sure now that we didnt missed any letter in the mail. ?

Well after work I started to call today. 6 redials later I was on hold for only 20 minutes. I was told our case made it there today. No case number yet. Will have to call back daily till they give it to me. ?

your case just made it there It will really be a waste of time to call them everyday now. My case was received there Dec 23rd 2014 I am still waiting for case number. They are behind right now it is taking the whole 42 days and some to get a case number. I will wait 3 or 4 weeks to call but if you want to call everyday that is your decision.
