NO UP DATE IV FEES

Hello evryone,AOS fees shows paid after a week of paying ,Document sent to d NVC bt my trouble mind is IV FEES still remain NOT PAID almost a months .my Wife hv been trying to coll d NVC bt busy,busy .pls ur help is needed here,I don't no what could hv happen wit our case...........d bank comfirm d fees hv been debit from d account which means d nVC hv taking d fees bt still no update on d payment portal.And DS 260 is nt avalable to fill online...........pls help.

She is going to have to just keep calling NVC until she gets through. Long as you sent both AOS and IV package don't worry about the payment it will all get sorted out. The main thing is that the AOS and IV packages got sent. Tell the petitioner to keep calling NVC to verify. Do not give up. Call either first thing in the morning or at bout 10pm or so Eastern time.

Dhweel,finally my wife get thro on the phone wit d NVC about our IV fees status,d lady say she shld go and print out d bank statment of d IV payment and fax it to dem (nv)C.my question is this how long will d nvc respond to d Fax and update our iV fees and DS 260 avalable to fill.thanks
