It's definitely not the DS-160. The CO at USEM interview Step 1 opened my fiancee's original I-129f application and took that picture out. He then passed it to another nearby window and someone scanned that into the computer. So our's will probably be that picture ... or maybe it will change to the SLEC picture. We're AP now, waiting to be issued.

Oh i see. So it might be the photos we sent in 129f application or the one in slec. Thanks for the info luckytwo15!
