Yes, because the I-129F petition requires the G-325A from USC petitioner and foreign fiance(e).

The I-485 requires the G-325A from the adjustment applicant. The G-325A will not be entirely the same as the first one. Possibly a different now that you are married, and definitely a different current address. You also now have a current spouse and an A# to list as well.

Filing for AOS is a whole new immigration process. You provide what is required for applying for permanent residence in the US.
