F2A_2013 PD's waiting for Step1:Choose an Agent

Hi all late 2013 PD's,

Just looking into our status we have a bit different scenario compared to those who are already Case complete.

Below are the steps that we need to go thru before the Medical & Interview

Step 1: Choose an Agent - DS-261 online - 15 days review

Step 2: Pay Fees - Online payment - 5 days review

Step 3: Submit Visa Application Form - DS-260 online

Step 4: Collect Financial Documents

Step 5: Collect Supporting Documents

Step 6: Submit documents to the NVC -

submit as ONE package Financial Docs & Supporting Docs with the Document Cover Sheet included with your NVC Welcome Letter - 60 days review

Let us share/update each other so that we can go thru the process smoothly :idea:

Hi we are the same PD sept 30,2013 we dont have any movement yet i cant access any of the following: ds 261,aos and ds260 coz i wasnt received any advice from nvc but my youngest son he is waiting for

We just received an e-mail from NVC to pay AOS AND IV fee, it is still has not been invoiced, we will wait until we can access it, hopefully soonest, I prefer electronic processing. P.D 24th Septemebe

That is very correct, we are still unable to access DS261, which is choice of agent. If only they can start so that we can get a case complete and wait for our case to be come current. I pray soonest we can continue the process. Good luck to us all.

Month/Day/Year 09/24/2013 - Priority Date09/26/2013 - NOA112/18/2013 - NOA2 - Approved01/06/2014 - NVC Received my case02/13/2015 - Received email to pay AOS/ DS-261 WAIVED02/14/2015 - AOS & IV Fees Paid03/06/2015 - Financial Documents and Civil documents sent to NVC03/09/2015 - NVC Received03/09/2015 - NVC Scan Date03/09/2015 - Ds260 completed and submitted03/11/2015 - NVC sent confirmation via email04/04/2015 - AOS Checklist 04/06/2015 -Response to Checklist04/07/2015 - New Scan Date04/30/2015 - Case complete confirmation via phone05/07/2015 - Received case complete confirmation mail06/02/2015 - Interview Date ( 2nd July 2015) over the phone 06/08/2015 - Interview Letter arrived via Email 06/15/2015 - Medical Test Completed06/10/2015 - Case shows READY at CEAC portal<p>Visa Approved, waiting to pick up passport :)

I have only INN and Case number, the same like you I haven´t access, PD Dec 02 2013.

USCIS Stage:

Dec 02 2013: Priority Date

Feb 28 2014: NOA 2 Received.

Aug 14 2014 : No Visa available letter

Feb 25 2015: DS 261 Completed

Feb 26 2015: AOS Fee Paid

April 10 2015: IV fee Paid and IV Packet sent

April 11 2015: DS-260 Completed

April 13 2015: Resend I-864 to NVC with Check list and Bar Coded Cover Sheet

April 14 2015: New Scan date Asigned

May 8 2015: E-mail with 2nd Check list, CC but I need new AOS form for interview day, because item missing.

May 14 2015: Case complete by e-mail.

i paid my AOS and visa on JULY 1 2014

because NVC think my case is USC

but my case is green card holder, i sent everything to nvc just wait my case CC, i call NVC and she told me wait visa available to continue reviews my case.So sad

but NVC so slow to reviews document, so plus 2 more month to reviews the case and 1 month to interview. So every thing right my will get interviews on NOV without checklist

It may be advance or retrogress, I don´t know, but based in the file attached in july will be you turn.

but i dont even know when NVC start processing us case, some people PD 9,10 2013 still pay the fee yet, i check nvc website almost 100 times a days, visajourney web site 1000 times a days, make me stress , the whole process take too long to wait
