Not sure if right place, but curious is it possible to apply for a visa to live in the USA even if you do not have family living in the USA? If so how would you go about doing that?

Okay thanks for the info. Will pass on info to the person wanting to know. They are looking for work...and would like info on getting job and living in usa.

Getting their Employer to transfer them would be easiest.
