N400 Questions - Help needed

Hi, I need help in filling out the N400 form as certain things are not too clear to me.

- Do I need to fill in N/A or none for each and every question which is not applicable? How about the follow up questions which are the continuation of previous questions in case you selected yes. If I select No for those questions, do I still have to put N/A for each and every followup question?

- I also need to change the spelling of my first name which I believe will fall under the category of Name change. Does the name change delay the process? What exactly I have to do after name change? Will I get any paperwork after oath ceremony so I can request to change the name on other documents which are not immigration related? I also read if you are changing the name, you will have to appear in federal court and not the regular oath ceremony.

I would appreciate any responses from those who recently filed N400.

1. When I filled up mine, for example the question where it asks the number of children, I typed in "0" since we don't have kids yet. The next questions then is to fill up names of the children. I just left it blank. Didn't typed "N/A". Same goes with the yes and no questions. If the answer is NO, no need to answer the follow up question.

-I can't help you with this sorry, but yes I have read also that changing names needs to have a judge so it's bot done in regular oath ceremony.
