Im sorry to read that.

For what I've heard 221 (g) is not a denial, they have sent your case to Administrative process. That means that after the interview the CO couldnt make a desicion about whether approve the visa to your fiancee.They need more information to resolve your case.

You should find out why you case is under AP and try to get the information/documents they need. Sometimes a case can be for a short period of time on AP, sometimes it takes longer, all cases are different. You can search on VJ and read other ppl cases to have an idea.

So, dont feel discouraged bc it is not a denial.

WOW!!!! I knew it was going to be a mess when he did that, but it's absolutely absurd that illegals are taking precedence over USC's. Sorry you are still in wait mode, it is so very frustrating and maddening, especially knowing there's not a dang thing you can do about it! Hang in there and keep the Faith.... :/)
