February 2015 filers

Hello everyone,

This is also my first post on the site. My Fiancé and I are refiling our I129F petition. We originally filed in March 2012 and were approved in October 2012, VSC...... They took forever! Unfortunately we didn't make interviews, BUT here we are! We refiled on February 18, 2015 and was accepted February 20, 2015 by USCIS.. Got approval from CSC on April 6, 2015. Now just waiting for NVC notice. Way quicker than the previous time. Lol

Do have a question though, do we still send the DS230 to the Embassy once everything is sent to them from NVC?

Where is everyone? Are we the only Feb filers for CSC that haven't received a NOA2??? :-(

Still waiting... That's a bummer no NOA2 as of yet. Have you tried calling USCIS to find out anything? It's very hard and irritating to understand the timeframe differences between service centers and countries..

I called. They won't do anything until it's been 5 months!! We're in the California Service Center. Many others have received RFE's and approvals that filed after we did :-(

:-( It is very maddening!!! Especially when you file before others and they have gotten theirs. This process definitely tries your patience, and I didn't have a whole lot of that to begin with. Lol

Our case was approved on May 7 .. maybe you just need to wait a little bit more? When did you send the I129-F?
