Silvia I am so heartbroken for you two. I still am in shock and can't believe it. I hope you are taking care of yourself as well as you can considering the circumstances. How is your husband holding up?

My husband sends his regards. Sending love from our family to yours.

Thank you my angel for your sweet and kind words I'm ok and my husband is doing ok also he can't understand this either and he has done nothing wrong but marry me.

Please thank your husband on behalf of both of us, we very much appreciate it. Thank you again sending you much love from my family to yours also. :)God bless you.

Soloenta! Everyone has already said everything and im left with no words to say :( but ill being praying for a blessed ending! And i have given you my shoulder to lean on .. Hope you feel it and rest on it anytime you need to!

What beautiful words I will cherish them always and yes keep praying for us we are not giving up but we do need many prayers. God bless you and yes I can feel it very strongly. :)

Oh noooo! My heart is in pain reading this. I'm so sorry. Please let me know if i can do ANYTHING to help.

Awww thank you so very much what a kind and lovely thing to say, I'm blessed with all of you such incredible people. God bless you my friend.

Solenta I am so sorry that you now are also going thru this. they must do this to those who they think are weak and are going to give in and give up. but if your anything like me I know that your going to fight to be with your husband. I am fighting as we speak to be with my husband. am taking some time off of work in fact all of my vacation time and I am taking a trip to Ghana to be with him for 19 days. I can't wait to see him. its been a long time. too long of a time with out being with him. I know how you are feeling and the emotions that you are going thru as I go thru them myself daily in this horror we call AP or in my case recommendation for revocation. I wish you the best and keep you and your husband in my prayers. I am sorry I didn't post before this but I am just so heart broken for you I was praying that this would not happen to you with all the other things that have happened during this horrible process to be with our loved ones. please remember we are all here praying for you and are here if you need shoulders. LouAnn

Thank you for posting, I know you rarely post so I'm very honored and I think your right but they picked the wrong people. My marriage is the real thing like yours and I'm not giving up unless I die in the mean time and my family is long lived so don't think that's going to happen anytime soon. I also think that the beginning of the year they try to fill up their quotas it seems many have received the same thing as we have.

So very happy your going to visit your husband so am I and I feel the same way you do, just can't wait to see him and our beautiful apartment on the Red Sea. Not sure how long I can stay we are working on that right now. Going to leave frozen food ready to just heat up for my parents then see who can take care of them while I'm gone. I wish I could just stay but I can't. :( I'm praying for you also, God wiling all will turn out well. God bless you.

Oh Soloenta, I don't know what to say. I'm sorry is not enough. I can't imagine how you feel right now, but I know the overwhelming unfairness of the situation and of the fact that people who don't know you and your husband make decisions that impact the rest of your lives. Treated like criminals for having fallen in love with someone from another country. I am sorry that your journey continues on this rough road, and if there is anything I can do, please let me know. Get a lawyer. Do not try to do the waiver process on your own.

You are both in my prayers tonight and in the days ahead. Stay strong and know that the people around the world you have given comfort to over these years are pouring their love, thoughts and prayers over you and your family right now. Try to take the strength we send to you in an effort to say THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!! For all of the strength and laughter you have given all of us.

WE LOOOOOOVE YOU!!!!!

It means the world to me you came back to post Molly and am more than greateful for your beautiful and heart warming words. The Co said nothing about a waiver not sure if it's automatice or what and yes I pray I can hire a good lawyer to let me know exactly what to do and expect. Not thrilled we will be delayed again with the winter storms but I guess at this point its Par for the course.

Thank you so much Molly for your prayer and all I ask is you not forget you and keep us in your prayers. And it's I than owe all of you a huge thank you for being here for me when I needed you guys the most and for people like you, Mobar and other's that took time out of their lives to return to bad memories for me.

Love ou guys to, God bless you!

30 days will be by quickly and I'm very happy your coming to the end of this long road and you wont have a problem your not from a high fraud country so expect the best but just in case prepare for the worst. God bless you and your family.

I'm so sorry I can't thank you individually right now, this is what my husband received after the interview.

What does a denial under INA section 212(a)(6)©(i) mean?

You were refused, or found ineligible, for a visa under section 212(a)(6)©(i) because you attempted to receive a visa or enter the United States by willfully misrepresenting a material fact or committing fraud. This is a permanent ineligibility, so every time you apply for a visa, you will be found ineligible for this reason.

You will be advised by the consular officer if you can apply for a waiver of this ineligibility. Review Waivers of Ineligibility for more information.

What is meant by misrepresentation of a material fact?

Misrepresentation means that you falsely presented facts and were not truthful in an attempt to receive a visa or enter the United States. A fact is considered material, as it pertains to this section of the INA, when, had the truth been known, you would not have been eligible to receive a visa or enter the United States.

He said we need more proof of Bona Fide marriage, I don't know what else we can give them. I am beyond devastated and just want to sleep for the rest of my life. They are sending us back to NVC. My worst nightmare has come true we are in AP. God bless you all for your prayers and kind words.

Oh Soloenta, I so hoped to see good news for you :( I'm so deeply sorry. There are many wonderful people here on VJ who have been through what you're now enduring, I hope with their guidance and lots of love from your friends and family that you'll get through this (L)

If I were you Solenta I would get started now on contacting the embassy/lawyer to see what can be done. Although you feel crushed each day counts and should not be wasted.

Thank you my friend, I will do just that, thank you again.

NO WORRIES!

We all care what happens here, we all are in this same :ranting: redtape :ranting: gov't immigration process...we are in it together...relax friend.

i will add....i'm mad cuz we haven't had any updates since 27 jan...and the waiting is driving me crazy...dumb-look-smiley-emoticon.png

Thank you my dear friend and I can immagine how anguishing the wait has been for you. Just the AP has been way to long and for NOOOOOOOOOOOOO reason at all they need to be held accountable but they aren't, they are above the law it seems and have all the power over us.

Thank you again and even more so for the Emoticons they really make me smile.

I wonder if NVC/embassy workers come to these threads and see what they're doing to people's lives. I don't they realize how much they hurt people.

I don't think so my friend but if they do they come to laugh at us. I'm convinced they pick people with certain personalities to deal with us, if left in the general public they would be serial killers. :(
