Soloenta sweety ...is the denial based on the fact that you only have one photo???? You have been married for 4 years and lived with him in his country for 2 of them....this is so awful and I cant wrap my brain around it.

I keep checking back and hoping it was a big mistake :ranting::crying:

Please try hard to not get dragged down into despair..there has to be a way to make this right .Praying for you still...(((((hugs)))))

I'm so sad this happened to you, but they say in these situation, the person affected the most will be the toughest, I hope you're handling it well. It's not the end of the world, I'm sure you'll find something positive out of this event, and use it to your advantage. Maybe you can go back and live in Egypt while this complication gets sorted out? Don't let this break you, you will know best what to do next, so think!

I am so so sorry, my heart is breaking for you and your husband right now. I'll keep praying for you and we'll all be by your side to help you fight this.

Thank you my sweet heart I appreciate your prayers and support so much. I feel numb and find myself holding my breath, my head hurts, I feel empty but I will fight this as best I can. Love you big hug and thank you.

This is just not right. I checked now and was sure that I will get the good news. I feel like crying now! :( Why god let this happen! I pray you are able to provide more evidence that they are asking for. Hope this ordeal ends soon. This is unbearable. But I am here for you. Hope you both find strength at this hard time. And finally remember one thing, true love will definitely conquer all the adversities. Stay strong my dear.

Thank you my dear friend, I can't stop crying and hope I can hold it together for my parents. I just don't feel like doing anything but sit and stare into space. Seems this will never end, if it's not one thing it's another but we love each other and God willing I can go see him in a couple of months and I'll be sending them a million pictures if that's what they want. I'm trying very hard to stay strong but failing. :(

i sent a pm

i sent a pm

Got it sweet heart and responded.

wow, Im so sorry to hear this! will be praying for you. I cant imagine what it must feel like, I havent even waited that long and I feel like dying

Thank you so very much and I pray you never come to know how this feels. God bless us all.

Soloenta, I am so sorry you were put through this torture!

Have you heard of a non-profit organization called the American Families United? I used to be a member of this group and can vouch for them. They deal exclusively with these types of denials and waivers. I have met some of the members locally and they are all very nice, compassionate people determined to unite their families. They were able to get a bill into Congress! I would encourage you to look them up, they have a website and are also on Facebook. They can give you a lot of insight. Most of their members are dealing with the separation themselves. Hope you find some comfort there and a real solution!

Oh thank you so much and God bless you, no have never heard about this group, I'll look for their website thank you from the bottom of my heart!

This is UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!!! Soloenta, I really don't have words to describe how I'm feeling right now!!!

I feel like is a very bad joke...i just can't believe!!

Please dear, fight with all you can to not be depressed and follow what people say to have your husband with you.

I am SO pissed right now!!!!!! :ranting: :ranting: :ranting::protest: :protest: :protest:

Thank you my beloved friend yes I will do what I'm told and I will fight the depression part wont leave me until my husband is home. I wish these people could feel the devastation they cause and I know they have to protect the country but they know who you are before you ever step foot in the Embassy so they couldn't get my husband on anything else to they used the lame excuse not a bona fide marriage. My poor husband hadn't slept so he was very tired. :( Thank you sweet heart for you kind words and will keep praying. Love you girl.

We are sorry to hear about the AP, Soloenta! Don't have any advice but we hope you guys can get through it quickly and be with every other soon enough. It's a pain to be separated from our loved ones. Just want to let you know you are in our thoughts too.

Thank you so very much I truly appreciate your kind words and am grateful we are in your thoughts.

wow so sorry to hear about this Soloenta. I woke up expecting for a visa approved message from you. Absolutely devastating.

Thank you my dear friend, my worst fear come true, I keep hoping this is a nightmare and I'll wake up to Accepted. :(

I am so sorry to hear this. I don't really know you but from this post you seem like such a nice person.

Is there something we can do to help? What evidence did you give? Maybe we can suggest some other things?

I don't know...just trying to be of some help.

Stay strong.

Brent

Thank you so much for your kind words I appreciate them so much. We had a rental contract while we waited for our apartment to be ready to move in, we adopted two kittens, Skype captures, cell calls a letter my father sent my husband before we married almost forgot this one it was hidden with a bunch of papers and the Co took a copy of it. We have very few picture I hate having my picture taken and only one of us together from a studio I believe the day of our wedding not sure. We have envelopes of things my brother and father sent while I lived there for almost two years. Can't think of anything else.

I will say my husband forgot one really important thing they asked him my date of birth and he made me a little younger by a year or two and he forgot one of my cats names out of five pets that I have. When my husbands tired he's a mess wouldn't put it past him to forget his name. :(

So SORRY Soloenta... Deeply sorry that this is happening to you and your hubby. Been waiting for favourable report from you today, but this kind of news is heartbreaking and very disappointing. Does this mean that just pictorial evidence made the CO to judge your hubby in that manner? Very devastating!

My the Lord see you through.. Praying for your breakthrough right now.

Thank you so much and I appreciate your prayers very much.

Not having a lot of pictures didn't help at all and my husband being so tired made it all worse. One really never knows why they deny, I am totally devastated!

Words fail me to describe how sad I am for you both right now. The only thing I can say is I'm so sorry this happened.

Thank you my friend. :(

Thank you precious and no not just the picture but also my husband was so tired he missed two questions one he should have know automatically but I know him so well and when he is that tired well, he's just a mess. He also forgot to copy and take the last Skype screen shots and the cell phone calls that took him so long to download for the past few days with special programs etc. I knew in my heart this would happen but was praying it was all just in my mind.

I really wonder if these people can fathom what the consequences of their actions do to people? I wonder if they even care. I know they have a job to do but I know my relationship better than they can ever know it. :(

Thank you for your prayers. :(

My Dearest Sis Soloenta. My heart is broke in two. I was searching all over for you. I just want to run to your house and rock you in my arms until your pain goes away. I am so so sorry. I just don't have the words to say. ...........Just tears falling form my face. This one truly hits hard. :crying::cry:

Thank you my dearest sister, your so sweet and one of a kind and I'm grateful for VJ that I was able to know you. Don't lose my e-mail, it's the easiest way to get a hold of me.

I keep praying this is just a bad dream and I'll soon wake up from it. :(

I'm so sad this happened to you, but they say in these situation, the person affected the most will be the toughest, I hope you're handling it well. It's not the end of the world, I'm sure you'll find something positive out of this event, and use it to your advantage. I don't know what to say as to how I'm handling this but to say the best that I can. I just wish I could hide and sleep without waking up for a while. This has been such a long journey filled with so much heartache.

I would still be living in Egypt if my parents hasn't gotten ill and need me. I would have come back to visit but not to stay until my husband and I could come back together. That was the plan that didn't work out. It's too late I'm already broken and I did my best to prepare myself. :( Thank you.

Solenta, I don't have the words to express how unjust this process has been for you. I will pray that God will intervene and make this right. I pray God will comfort you and your hubby in your time of need and that He will bring you all out of this more than conquerers. I am sending you so much love knowing it will not be enough to make up for the hurt you must be feeling right now. But I will send you love all the same hoping you know you are not alone. Please know God always has the final say and the enemy will not win this battle.

I'm so sorry I can't thank you individually right now, this is what my husband received after the interview.

What does a denial under INA section 212(a)(6)©(i) mean?

You were refused, or found ineligible, for a visa under section 212(a)(6)©(i) because you attempted to receive a visa or enter the United States by willfully misrepresenting a material fact or committing fraud. This is a permanent ineligibility, so every time you apply for a visa, you will be found ineligible for this reason.

You will be advised by the consular officer if you can apply for a waiver of this ineligibility. Review Waivers of Ineligibility for more information.

What is meant by misrepresentation of a material fact?

Misrepresentation means that you falsely presented facts and were not truthful in an attempt to receive a visa or enter the United States. A fact is considered material, as it pertains to this section of the INA, when, had the truth been known, you would not have been eligible to receive a visa or enter the United States.

He said we need more proof of Bona Fide marriage, I don't know what else we can give them. I am beyond devastated and just want to sleep for the rest of my life. They are sending us back to NVC. My worst nightmare has come true we are in AP. God bless you all for your prayers and kind words.

my dear am soooooooo sorry, I don't even know what to say, world's can't explain. I only checked in to see because I remember ur interview was yesterday. Plz take heart and never give up. Please were u given a blue paper to do waiver or what options where given. Take heart. U are in my prayers

This is the greatest lesson a child can learn. It is the greatest lesson anyone can learn. It has been the greatest lesson I have learned: if you persevere, stick w/it, work @ it, you have a real opportunity to achieve something. Sure, there will be storms along the way. And you might not reach your goal right away. But if you do your best and keep a true compass, you'll get there. Edward M. Kennedy,

I'm sorry I didn't reply sooner Soloenta. I've been reading the thread and keeping you and your husband in my thoughts the whole time though. I just didn't know what to say. I know you both must be devastated and I'm so, so sorry. (L)(L)(L)(L)

I hope you both are able to be sad and frustrated and angry, and then take all that and turn it into more love for each other and figuring out how to be together. We're all here for you in the mean time.

Why would you send in one picture? It seems like you gave your SO until the last minute to download chatlogs and other sorts of things also. This isn't a game Solenta. Are you sure you are in AP? When you eventually get to the greencard phase/removal of conditions (I believe you are in AP and things will resolve themselves) don't play around and send in little material evidence. Send in AS MUCH as possible. Good luck.

im confused! AP and denial is the same thing? it said that he misrep himself willfully . and it said permanent ineligibility . or is this something they hand to everyone that's in AP for not enough bona fide marriage?

not having enough bon e fide evidence for marriage would make you a misrep, not enough evidence is a representation of willfully misreping oneself? im confused by the wording that's all? if everyone that didn't have enough evidence to show they are married and this is what's given then I totally get it and that's how it is for everyone. just trying to figure this all out from what was written
