I must say so far it's been a couple of days full of miracles, first my husband took his new Police Cert to have it translated and noticed they put down the wrong ID number, he got that fixed in an hour and another half hour for translation, he almost hahaa forgot to pick up the hospital records because he was so focused on getting that fixed and today just a little bit ago he went to the place we had are one and only wedding picture together from Oct 2011 and OMG they had it and it's lovely heheheee so, so far so good we have been very blessed and I know it's because of all of your prayers every single one of you. You will all be in my prayers for EVER! Love you all.

Girl love you long time! :D t5063.gif graphics-love-909133.gif t4582.gif

Hello, my first time posting.. and could really use some help. I am so glad I found you good people.

I am sponsoring a pranet and our case is at NVC. Case # was assigned on 1/13/2015, which I found out by calling them. But I have not received any emails from them with next steps. The AOS bill has not been generated. From what I have seen with other people, the bills get generated within days or a week after the case number is generated. I am worried why it is taking so long. I called NVC and they say it is in administrative processing and they cannot give me an estimate for when I will hear from them. Is this normal? Is there away to speed things up?

Thank you, any insigt would be much appreciated!

Wow I just Re-read my email from NVC and now I'm not sure if I'm off about my scan date lol. The guy told me the 31st of December when I called but the email says December 29th. So which one is it? If it's the 29th that means I am at 52 days today. I tried to call but all I get is the stupid recording that no one can take my call. I think I miss that annoying busy signal that we use to get when we tried to call before lol.

Soloenta,

I don't know you well...but wanted to send my thoughts and prayers to you and your family. I know that God will take control of your husband's interview and that all will be well. I have faith and trust that He will deliver on His promises as He says in Jeremiah 29:11 -

For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

God is in control...!

Hi there, and welcome. Most of us here are sponsoring our spouses, so I'm really not sure if the process is different with a parent or not.

However, generally AP is something people want to avoid. I would suggest to keep calling NVC as often as you feel up to it (once a week maybe?) and see if there are any updates. Hopefully someone else can guide you in the right direction.

Soloenta, it warms my heart to see how everyone is thinking and praying for you!!! Add me to that list!! (F)(L)

I'm so sorry this has happened haven't read all the posts but have seen one like this before. I did you ask to speak to a supervisor? They might say the same but at least you know its correct since the reps are not all that bright. I would lie they do all the time why not us. Say they told you if you haven't heard from them until now to call and ask for Mari she seems to be helpful and nice. Might be they need some evidence/document that USCIS failed to see was missing or they lost it. So you really need to call back. I hope someone knows more than I do. Your in my prayers and hope you get your parent home soon.

By the way graphics-welcome-010883.gif to the thread.

Awww my precious angel thank you so much and please thank your husband for his prayers I so appreciate it more then you guys will ever know. We will be cutting it short my husband just went to be and will have only one hour rest thanks to the mistake made on his ID. Didn't have time to print out extra evidence but then I don't think the Co's permit you to give it to them they always ask to have it sent in the mail. I just pray they don't need anything, my God I'm dying her my nerves are shot and haven't slept in two days. :( Ty again will let you know as soon as I find out. :( so nervous. graphics-love-909133.gif

Soloenta, we are thinking and praying you.

Thank you so much my sweet friend, we need prayers so badly I'm a wreck and God only knows how the evening will end. graphics-love-909133.gif Thank you both for thinking of us and for your beautiful prayers. graphics-love-909133.gif

Soloenta, we are all praying for you here as well. May this day end with with an approved visa and open a new , happier, chapter Of your life.

Thank you so much my angel I so very much appreciate your prayers and good wishes. I pray all goes well, I don't know how I'll be able to live through this it's pure torture. :(graphics-love-909133.gif

I would think the 29 Th is your scan date so go with that one, Woooooooooooooooo Hoooooooooooooooooo almost there hope your getting everything ready, copies of everything you sent :D How exciting can't wait for your CC. :Dt5063.gif

Hello Groundnutsoup thank you so much for your lovely words and I'm so grateful for your prayers they mean the world to me. Your quote from Jeremiah brought tears to my eyes and I agree it's all in God's hands and he brought my husand to me so why would he take him away from me. :) God willing all will be well I'm just nervous and can't just let it go. I might be a control freak. :(t5063.gif

Also graphics-welcome-010883.gif to the thread. :D

OMG I was just thinking this and you have no idea how my heart is full of so much love and thanks to every single one of you. Both my husband and I are over whelmed by so much love and support from all of you. I am blessed beyond words for having known every single one of you. God bless you and all those of you on this thread. Love you all. graphics-welcome-010883.gif graphics-love-909133.gif
