I got the same message right at 7:05 AM this morning, That's 5 minutes after opening . I tried the whole day and had no luck either. Since they have been closed for 3 days, everyone is calling at the same time. I will probably try again Friday.

The weather has been very bad and why they opened up a branch way up there in a place prone to blizzards I have NO idea they should have opened it on the West coast, this wouldn't be happening. They are such IDIOTS!

I'm happy to announce CASE COMPLETE as of today!!! Original scan date of 12/17. Thank you to all of you that have provided me with moral support and encouragement over the last few months. I'm so grateful for each and everyone of you. Now onto the next chapter!
