Has anyone gotten through to the NVC? I have called their 603 number and I always get the same message "Due to the high call volume all our operators busy please call back" I call in the morning 7:30est and in the afternoon, but same message.

I'm starting to lose my patience! Today is day 62, and still nothing. When I talked to Guss on Friday he said they are averaging 66 day to review documents at the moment, however, someone else with a 12/17 scan date called this morning and was told hopefully sometime next week. Ugh! :ranting:

They are random at best, it's a mystery what they do in that office!. :Dt5063.gif

It's so frustrating. :( from 30 to 45 to 60 and now 66?

I just pray you get your CC soon, within this week.

Unfortunately it's because of the weather plus the fact they are useless. :Dt5063.gif

Hello, yes it's that way all the time and if you don't use your speed dial and call after it says busy right away until you get them you never will. So get that speed dial finger ready and go for it. :Dt5063.gif

I got the same message right at 7:05 AM this morning, That's 5 minutes after opening :ranting: . I tried the whole day and had no luck either. Since they have been closed for 3 days, everyone is calling at the same time. I will probably try again Friday. :idea:
