OMG I'm messing up really badly hahahaa I'm going to see if I can sleep for a little bit. Love you all and please let's pray for each other but please read below.

No matter your faith please take a moment today to say a prayer for all those struggling in this nightmare of a process and special prayers for

EOC, BRosa, Natasha&Noor, Maharosa, nicholemariev, patnjac, Janelle2002, and one another, sorry if I forgot someone but please also say prayer for the peaceful good people of the Middle East suffering because of the few power hungry SOB's and the worst countries for AP Egypt and Nigeria.
Thank you in advance.

OMG I'm so very sorry this has happened to you, I'll be praying something happens soon in your favor, have you contacted your Senator or Congress person? Not sure they can do anything but it's worth a try. I'm just so shocked and scared this can just happen to anyone.

This probably happens to more people than we think, but no one ever posts about it. I can't find anyone who has had AP with USCIS before. It is quite frustrating.

------------------------------------------------------------------

Not going to that thread again! Anyway I bet and not everyone goes to forums so God only knows how many are put in AP and for what if anything.

Oh I have seen people put in AP and sent back to USCIS, one was approved at the Embassy and the idiots at USCIS requested the case back. So if you haven't please contact your Senator or Congress person you never know it might help . t5063.gif

Oh sweet heart there must be something you can do did you ask to speak to a Supervisor? Cry if you can they seem to respond to that hahahaaa this is just not right you need this expedite NOW what are they thinking! Call you Senator also it can't hurt tell them your story they should move quickly and if you can to to the office it takes to long if you just e-mail them.

Arthur is notorious for being nasty he's a little SOB, he really need to be fired. Plus don't believe a word they say Cairo as you know does things unlike any other Embassy so just because others start the 1st doesn't mean they will. Have been praying and will continue to pray you get your expedite.

I opted to leave the senators office out this time as the congressional unit at the NVC takes at least 2 weeks to send a response that they have received the expedite requests. I guess at this rate, maybe I should have stuck with them. As for supervisors, I did talk to Mari, she was the one that confirmed the first 2 requests were never received, as she filtered all the expedite emails and was never able to locate mine. She then gave me tips about what should be included and asked me to resend it and she would have the expedite people watch for it. It took me a couple of weeks to gather the additional information Mari suggested, then I resent it. Called to confirm a few days later. Still nothing. Spoke to supervisor Ike. Not a very pleasant man, might I add. He suggested I was sending it to the wrong email address and had me spell it out letter for letter. Of course I had the email address is correct. He then suggested I split it to two separate emails as maybe the PDF attachment was too big. Tried that. Spoke with Todd on 02/05. He couldn't confirm. I asked for Mari, she wasn't available. He asked another supervisor, supposedly the expedite people had just started working on the emails from the 01/30 and he claimed his supervisor confirmed that my emails were there. Here I am, now the 12th, still no confirmation it has been received. Spoke to Carla on Tuesday, and Arthur this morning, neither could confirm and both have put requests for Mari to call me, but still nothing. Maybe I should call the senators office and get them involved again. I just don't understand how they can operate this way...

Thank you dear for the prayers. You are in my prayers as well. The big day is right around the corner!

@ Soloenta, why did you have to say that Nigeria is one of the worse counties for AP? :( I have been trying to tell myself for months now that it's just a silly rumor :( oh how I hate that a few bad people can ruin everything for the good ones out there. Oh well this is the life we picked and now we have to deal with it. I pray we all make it though without AP.

Oh sweet heart what a mess they need to fix this it's not your fault and don't wait to be called keep calling and say Mari "asked me to call her" I used this and it worked great they may ask you what it's about but it's just to remind her. Don't bother talking to the Reps. Yes I would have the Senator's office work on your case it can't hurt the worst that can happen is you get a letter from them telling you what you found out before their letter like I did. My Senator did nothing told them what they could do with their help and a few days ago after months of NOTHING a letter from them saying I have hahahahaa CC. I'm sure your Senator will do much more than mine since it seems they were ready to help you. Mine could care less so much for the might Barbara Boxer.

I don't understand how they can be so heartless they don't have an ounce of humanity in them.

Thank you so much for your prayers they mean the world to us and we need them more than you know. I'm so nervous someone hit me over the head with a hammer please!!!!!!!!!!! t5063.gif

There is a saying, the squeaky wheel get's the oil you need to call every day and you should ask to speak to a supervisor and no they wont think your stupid they will think your interested in your case and you will call them until you get an answer. The process is horrible but you have to be proactive in your case or you will get no where. So please call, you should be calling at around 11 am Eastern Standard time and then again at about 7 pm Eastern Standard because what doesn't happen in the morning happens in the evening. I and many here will be praying you get your answer soon. :)t5063.gif your so close!

I agree with you. Some people are just too insensitive. I don't know whether they are real or just trolls. Unfortunately they aren't trolls they just don't care about anyone else or who they hurt while they are looking after their own interest. But no worries we don't need them we're in a much better place than they can ever be.

Awww thank you sweet heart your so kind but it's people like you and everyone in this thread that make it what it is and I'm so happy we found each other. :)

21 days and counting.... :clock:

Well you and Kels2487 are almost half way there so great you guys could be on day 1 so your getting there, just take a deep breath guys and pray it's all we can do right now. I for one will be here for you until you get out of this mess. graphics-love-909133.gifgraphics-love-909133.gif

SHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH it's my way to get more prayers!!!! t1940.gif ................................................. kurby2.gif

Hey i saw in FB embassy chat about visas,,,,they said it takes + 6-9 months for processing...(after interview.) they posted this several times in answers for spouse visas....what does everyone think??? nervous.gif nervous-prayer-smiley-emoticon.png

Well thank God for that and with that I mean your over 8 months, I'm praying it's your time at long last. Can you ask them why they don't tell people why they are in AP seems very cruel to just let you sit there and suffer. Please ask, ty. :)t5063.gif
