hi

you need to give us more information

do you qualify for adjustment of status in the US? if so, why didn't you file the i485 concurrently with the i130?

based on what are you adjusting status in the US?

if you will go through consular processing in your country, those aren't the forms

please explain your case, who is filing for you, where are you?
