Am I missing anything?

NVC sent all the originals of my documents to consulate. My police certificate is dated May 25,2014, do I need to request a new one although P4 didnt say I needed to. Also, do I need to bring copies of AOS? And, what does it mean by 'documents proving petitioners domicile'?

I am just so nervous and worried because my P4 said NVC sent everything to consulate and I don't need to bring any documents. However, to stay on the safe side I am bringing photocopies.

My stepson has an interview in Montreal the first week of March. They definitely told us to bring a copy of AOS and most recent tax returns (depending on what your husband filed with the AOS).

I'm also not sure what is means by proving petitioner's domicile. Would utility bills and pay stubs be enough? My stepson is under 21 and will clearly be dependent and living with us so I'm not sure what else we can show. Copy of petitioner's passport is a good idea.

I'm pretty sure you don't need another police certificate if it's within the last year.

Hi everyone

I had my medical tests on Jan 30th and biometrics appointment yesterday. All went well. Both were in Mumbai. I had got 3 vaccinations, Td, MMR and Varicella flue shot.

My interview is on 27th Feb in Mumbai

I called nvc on January,30 to see if they had my interview date which they did and I got my p4 on my email at about 1am this morning

My cc date was December 17. The date on my P4 is February 3 2015, as to how long it takes them to send the p4 after the date is scheduled I am not sure.

I just need to know what we need to take. There are no military records or adoption records. Im so confused.

Also my husband doesn't live in Senegal. Why do we need to get a police certificate. Please someone explain to me I have tried to understand the legend.

You must bring the following items to the visa interview:

· Any original documents the NVC requested that you did not submit (refer to the document list below)

· If the physician gives you your medical exam results, bring them to your interview in the envelope sealed by the medical office.

· Two passport photographs measuring 2 inches by 2 inches (5 cm by 5 cm) with a white background

· A valid unexpired passport

· Photocopies of all civil documents

· A new police certificate from your current country of residence, if you obtained the police certificate more than one year ago.

· Any additional documents listed in the U.S. Embassy or Consulate specific interview guidelines

The following table lists the documents requested by the NVC and whether or not you submitted them to the NVC. Please note that even though you may have provided the NVC with a copy of a document, you are still required to bring the original document to the visa interview.

Refer to the Document Status Code Definitions on Page 3 to determine the meaning of the document status codes.
