Can anyone help me please does my husband has to take just the w2 for 2014tax return or the whole tax returns file with him at his interview?

Shama, if you have filed 2014 tax returns, he should bring a copy of the complete return with him. If you have NOT filed your 2014 returns, then just the W2 should be sufficient.

Anyone with an interview after April 16, 2015 should have a complete copy of the 2014 tax return (or a 2014 Extension form) with you.

Just called NVC, still no interview date

Hi canya2. the worse thing about this disappointment, is that paper works will begin to expire. my husbands police record has already expired right there at nvc. now we will have to spend another 40-60 US dollars to have it redone and take to interview.

Visa APPROVED on February 26th and since yesterday, CEAC portal already says ISSUED. So I just want to thank VJ family for all the support.

One thing I am concerned about is, Consular officer, gave me a yellow slip on which it was written your visa is approved but she forgot to give me payment slip of 165 dollars(USCIS Immigrant Fee handout). So I asked a helper there to go to officer and enquire about that slip. The officer checked my file and told, my slip isn't there, so she put a blue sticky note (my case number written on it) on that yellow paper and told I would get it along my visa.. I am little worried about that payment slip now, wondering if this may cause any further delays. Has anybody else experienced this?

I don't know what you thought you were to get from embassy but you don;t get any receipt fro them. Te $165 Visa fee is paid after you pick up the Visa and its paid online on the ELIS system. The embassy has nothing to do with it.

So no payment slip.
