Hello all can anyone tell me how long does NVC take to normally send out the case complete email?

From what I've read here, I think it's pretty much always 7 days after you see the N/As or get CC by calling.

CR-1 (Argentina): April 2014 to March 2015.

ROC (VSC): March 2017 to March 2018.

09/05/2014 I-130 NOA2 (day 157)

09/17/2014 NVC received
09/26/2014 Case number, IIN and BIN assigned
09/30/2014 AOS and IV fees invoiced and paid
10/01/2014 Submitted DS-260
10/21/2014 Sent AOS and IV packages
10/23/2014 Documents received (according to email from NVC)
10/24/2014 AOS and IV packages scanned / FALSE checklist (DS-260 reviewed)
11/25/2014 Medical exam done
12/29/2014 Case complete (day 272)

Aug 06, 2015 - NOA2 (Approval) - 59 days from NOA1

Jan 22, 2016 - Received NVC WL.

Jan 22, 2016 - Paid AOS fee.

Feb 02, 2016 - Receive IV Fee Invoice

Feb 04, 2016 - Paid IV Fee

Feb 06, 2016 - DS260 - Done

Feb 13, 2016 - Package Sent

Feb 16, 2016 - NVC Scan Date

Mar 17, 2016 - Case Complete - (Through Phone Call with NVC Mar 18, 2016) - 284 days from NOA1

Mar 24, 2016 - CC email received.

You get in 7 days.

I have a question about my interview date (Egyptian embassy). I have filed for my wife and she received her case complete email, Jan. 22 2015. I have yet to receive anything regarding her interview date. Its been almost a month. Is there anyone i can contact? should i call directly to the embassy? or should i have someone (family member or wife) go directly to embassy in Cairo and ask about the delay. Any Help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Ahmad, there are several of us, a 12/30, 01/09, 01/30, and myself with 02/17 case complete date, still waiting for interviews with the Cairo embassy. From what I have seen, Cairo completed scheduling on 12/29 for interviews in February and has not scheduled anything since. Well, at least not for any of the people on the JV form. I think you just need to be patient.

10/11/2014 – Mailed I-130 packet to the Chicago Lockbox
10/14/2014 – I-130 packet signed for
10/15/2014 – Priority date assigned
10/19/2014 – Acceptance confirmation email received
10/20/2014 – Check cashed
10/24/2014 – Received I-797C (NOA1)
10/27/2014 – Faxed the USCIS expedite packet to the Senator's office
10/29/2014 – Expedite request sent to USCIS from the Senator's office on my behalf
11/05/2014 – USCIS approved I-130 petition
11/07/2014 – USCIS sent case to the NVC for processing
11/08/2014 – Received I-797, Approval!!! (NOA2)

11/11/2014 - Emailed the NVC Expedite Packet to the Senator's office
11/12/2014 - Expedite request sent to NVC from the Senator's office on my behalf
11/12/2014 - NVC received case from USCIS
11/28/2014 - Received confirmation email from NVC, expedite request was received and is being processed
12/09/2014 - NVC Case number assigned
12/10/2014 - NVC Welcome letter email
12/10/2014 - Submitted form DS-261

Going to the embassy will do nothing . You can try I guess if you want. What I have seen it can be sometimes 3 to 4 months. Egypt's scheduling has to do with whats happening in the country and its fluid at best. It comes and goes sometimes its a month wait sometimes its 5 months. All you can do is hang on and hope for the best.

Seems things have been quiet but again the middle-east is in crisis mode again so you never know.
