Hi to all, our case was completed on February 13 , AOS scan date was 12/17 and we are waiting for interview schedule .How long will it take to know the interview date?

Congratulations. And Welcome to the Group. I have added you to the spreadsheet. Finland right.

More than likely scheduling for March is closed so 1st week of next month looks likely for scheduling for April.

It looks like that, but it will ask what visa it is. So once you give CR1, it will ask whether you have interview scheduled etc.. and it lets you schedule biometrics. I think its alright, I guess you can get the biometrics and medical done week before. If you have any doubts call the embassy.

I got my medical done in Mumbai at Rele Clinic on Jan 30. I got the results after 2 days. So, just make sure you have enough time to get the results before interview.

Good Luck

Thanks mkhandrika!

I went ahead and completed the process, Like you said it changed to biometrics appoints right I chose Cr1. Thanks!

My wife's interview is on 3/5, I checked CEAC and it still says "At NVC".....should I be worried since exactly 2 weeks left for the interview?

I need Help,

someone explain this point pleas:

On my P4 Letter says,

? Bring updated Federal income tax information to the interview. If a sponsor filed an I-864 (Affidavit of
Support) and provided the NVC with proof of an IRS Federal income tax extension in lieu of a Federal
income tax return, bring the sponsor's most recent Federal income tax return to the visa interview.

i already sent my last 2013(1040) tax return transcript.

After reading our P4 letter more carefully I've discovered a problem. The document status for my wife's birth certificate is J which states, "The NVC only received a photocopy of the document. You must present the original document at the time of the interview."

The household registration office in Taiwan will not give us her original birth certificate. They've told us numerous times that it is illegal to give it to us and they can only give us a certified copy which is what we gave the NVC originally. Is this just one if those quirky mistakes the NVC tends to make or am I going to have Mission Impossible style and take the birth certificate myself?

I think someone explained before to just bring your and your sponsor's 2014 W-2 tax form to the interview.

Hello everyone!

My wife has interview during first week of march in Mumbai India, I am trying to schedule biometrics appointment on Ustraveldocs.com site, it's very confusing, I created a new profile, and then selected "Schedule Appointment", now while going through the steps I felt that its trying to make an interview appointment not the biometrics. Can someone please walk me through the steps? I would really appreciate your help.

Also, she has an medical appointment next week, do I have to until she completes the medical, I feel that is very short time is left between interview and biometrics/medical.

In order to schedule an appointment for you medical exam in Mumbai

1) visit www.Releclinic.com

2)Click on Appointments

3) Fill up the form and u will get a call from them for a schedule

4) kindly read the FAQ section for more information

Scheduling for Biometrics( Fingerprinting and Photo)

1) click on the link http://www.ustraveld...v-visaapply.asp

2)Kindly read all the steps given ( in step 5 you will find login)

3) Now click on new user

4) Fill the form and submit

5) Now login using your email and password

6)Now go to schedule appointment --->select the consulate (Mumbai)--->select ALL IV IMMIGRANTS---> CR1--->complete your profile---> fee payment ( which you might have already paid)---> Number of family members--->choose your appointment date ---> Choose how you would like your documents delivered.
