Hi all, I had my interview today and I got approved ! Woo hoo ! Good luck everyone.

Normally people here at the forum based it on the DHL tracking. But I won't bother too much on this. the P4 letter is enough to get things going.

Were looking at barely 1 month to the interview and we still need to go through the medical. (sorry, i am assuming you are the beneficiary).

What's important is we're moving in a good pace now.

Yeah. I am the beneficiary. I'll undergo medical exam on the 23rd. I read a case where the docs aren't at the embassy yet on the day of the interview. So I wanna make sure that would be prevented from happening. :) My husband's going through a lot and another delay in this case will be too much. Thanks for the input by the way! :)

Omg!!! I don't want to get my hopes up, different country and all, but I hope I get my P4 tomorrow since I got my cc letter today!

IImacaan, it looks like addis is one of the slowest, did u think they schedule next week too...i guess they already scheduled the first two weeks of this month for march. so, we might have too wait for the coming month to be scheduled for april.

by the way we have the same timeline. Have you prepared 2014 tax return for interview?? what u think about that? B/s the embassy might request for that..so lets be prepared for that i guess.

called and interview booked finally!

March 27th 9am.

I was hoping for earlier but i am no complaining after what they put me through!

P.S. Does anyone know if montreal embassy is lenient with rescheduling interviews to an earlier date? And the process to reschedule is done by filling the form online?

January 8th 2014 - NOA1

July 10th 2014 - NOA2

NVC

July 17th 2014 - Case shipped to NVC

July 30th 2014 - Case received by NVC

August 13th 2014 - Case number and IIN received by email

August 13th 2014 - DS-261 Form Completed

August 14th 2014 - AOS Fees Invoiced and Paid

September 17th 2014 - IV Fees Invoiced and Paid

September 19th 2014 - DS260 Completed

October 6th 2014 - AOS and IV Packages Received

November 28th 2014 - AOS and IV Checklist (4 items in total. 3 for documents they lost. Called on December 9 and a rep said no checklist for IV....go figure)

December 8th 2014 - Checklist scan date.

December 30th 2014 - Case Compl........NOT. So after not having an interview date yet, I called again on Jan 30th and apparently its in final review with a supervisor.

February 6th 2015 - Case Complete: Supervisor called from NVC to confirm everything has been completed now.

March 27 2015 - Interview Date

March 27 2015 - Approved!

Not sure if there's any Canadians waiting for interview dates, but they gave me mine today for 3/31. CC was Friday (2/6). Guess I got lucky and snuck in.

Nope no form is to be filled out. Once your petition gets to the embassy (you know when your status on the ceac website changes to READY. You email and request an earlier date . Their is a sample letter template ion the first post. Canada I have seen change some Doesn't hurt to try.

I just called because they sent us a "checklist" email for his police certificate, but the lady said it was just a reminder to take it to the interview (?). Anyway, she then told me my interview has been scheduled! CC Feb 7 - Interview March 17

I told her she was my favorite person and she laughed and laughed.

9/10/2014 - Email notification of NOA1 - forwarded to CSC

9/25/2014 - Received hard copy of NOA1
