Hubby had his Medical appointment in Amsterdam and it was a breeze. All his anxiety and worry about it were for naught .He was in and out of the doctors office within half and hour .All the doctor did was have him take off his shirt so the could listen to his heart and lungs, looked in his eyes and throat, drew a vial of blood and sent him to another office for his chest xray. They took his blood pressure twice because he was so stressed out that it was up the first time (WHITE COAT SYNDROME) happens to a lot of people. He was normal the second time around after a bit of relaxing. The doc asked some questions like had he had any hospitalizations or surgery's,used drugs, cigarettes or alcohol. The doctor was an older very friendly gentleman with a sense of humour...really made my husband feel relaxed. His receptionist was awesome as well !

He was told that if he hears nothing for a week then all was well with the chest xray and blood test. Next up is the interview at the US Consulate in Amsterdam....3 and a half weeks away now.

We parked in the Q Museumplein parking right across the the street from the Concert building. The Us Consulate is right outside the underground parking garage...so that was cool to see.

We went to the Van Gogh Museum as it is right there behind the the parking garage and close to the Consulate.

So glad we are done with the Medical !1840047j4v16j4lmb.gif

Hello everyone,

We got our 3 n/a's last week on the 5th Feb but so far haven't been about to get through on the phone to confirm its case complete - but I'm hoping/assuming best! I'll be doing interview at Sydney so fingers crossed for March interview, but if not April is still alright with me! just so relieved :)

WOOHOOO!!!! I am soooo happy for you!!!! Congratulations :)

I am planning to take copies of everything I submitted to NVC just in case they misplaced something and new pictures, plus the other docs you mentioned above.

Have you heard anything from mofatsd?

Long time no see, jcruz! :) Thanks!!! I'm so happy for you too!! Thank you so much for the tips, I think I'll do the same just in case. I'm printing pictures from our wedding and a trip my wife and I took in November (because I guess we didn't submit that many pictures with the original petition). I emailed the embassy and they confirmed that they don't need anything else from me or anything else that was already submitted to USCIS/NVC.

I last talked to mofatsd about a week or so ago, but they already have their visa and everything all set so I'm guessing she's going crazy with preparations for the move in a month or so. :)

Many take new evidence to interview (after filing and interview). Many have had visits and such. Many didn't know they were to submit evidence. So know is the time to bring those pics and everything you wanted to proving your bonafide relationship.

You don't have to go to cray cray on the evidence. Most CO's won't pour over too much at interview usually by this point it's too late to prove anything the decision has already been made one way or another.

As far as your interview letter I would email the embassy and ask them to email you so you have it to get in. But probably your embassy just has you on list and you just show ID.

Thank you so much for your reply. Yeah, regarding relationship evidence I think I already submitted pretty much everything so I will print some new pictures and emails or whatever from this past year just in case, to show that we're still super married and super happy. :)

I did email the embassy yesterday and they confirmed that the email from them is enough. I asked because the consulate instructions from Argentina specifically mention you have to show the interview letter to get in. Don't want to stress so much to just get turned away at the door.

Congratulationsssss!!! i am so proud of you and this is good news for us who will be going to Nairobi consulate soon. by the way can you please post here the interview experience, it would help me and others to get prepared and to more confident

Surprisingly they didnt ask my wife many questions..

Where did you meet?

Where does your husband work?

How do you communicate?

Does your husband support you financially, does he send you money?

When was last time together?

That was it, visa got approved, but we had all the evidence in a huge binder,

Pictures of our engagement/wedding/honeymoon, chat logs, remittance receipts etc ...
