My interview date is 23 March and I am very excited about that, just wanted to ask two quick questions :

1. I was reading the Kingston consulate information and it said that once you receive your interview date, you need to register your appointment?is that so?

2. How do I get the medical history form? Is there a site where I could download it from?

Dwheels? Anyone?

I have not reach your part of the process still waiting for date, but i think when you call to make appointment for medical you could ask where to get that form.

also you need to register your appointment with your DS260 confirmation number and choose a DHL location.

Hello,

I am new here and am expecting my case completed status from NVC anytime soon. Kindly let me know some info about the further procedures to be followed

1)I wanted to know the procedures to be followed after receiving the interview appointment date( will we receive the appointment letter from the embassy by e-mail or post?)

2) I will be attending my interview from Mumbai consulate what are the recent procedures ( now the center has shifted from bandra kurla complex to Kurla )

3) do we take the biometrics on the day of the interview or prior to it?

4)Any experience of the medical examination in Mumbai will be really helpful ( kindly also advice on how to schedule the medical examination so that it doesn't cause any last moment rush, if we can eat prior to attending the examination as immunizations are generally administered on empty stomach, when i will receive the final records to be submitted during the interview etc)

5) I do not have proper documentation of my immunizations so how should i go about it?

6)Let me know if you have any recent interview experiences for CR1 at the Mumbai consulate(time taken, procedure to be followed, any additional forms to be filled during the interview, questions I need to prepare, Documentation that needs to be kept handy etc)

Thank you. :)

Hi

I just had my medical and biometrics done in Mumbai. So I can provide some info on that. My interview is on Feb 27th

1) My hubby received the letter by email from NVC (P4)

3) Biometrics need to be taken at least 7 days before interview, thats what rep told me when I called embassy. You need to register and create profile in ustraveldocs.com/in and schedule biometrics appointment.

4) I got my medical done at Rele Clinic Gamdevi, Mumbai. You can go to their website http://www.releclinic.com/and check it out. You can call them for appointment and ask them what you need to bring. I took 8 photographs, passport, interview letter, passport photo copy first and last page. You can eat before going for medical.

I had my appointment at 8:30 AM. First they asked to fill a form and took documents. Then they measured height and weight. Blood was taken for testing. Then there was vision test (just asked to read), X-ray and then doc examined and gave vaccinations. I got 3 vaccinations, Td,MMR and Varicella flue shot. I got the medical done on 30th Jan and got the report on 2nd feb. I had to pay around Rs. 3500. They gave a envelope and a CD.

5) Do not worry if you do not have immunization records. You can tell them what vaccinations you had got done.

Hope this helps

Good Luck
