For the other Canadians out there who filed using EP: I finally got my confirmation email today! 31 days after we sent it in. Our scan date is January 26, 1 day after we submitted because we submitted on a Sunday night. Woohoo!! Sort of made the waiting worth it, as now we are halfway through the 60 days!

Since im a student and i only work part time. So my total work hour per week is different each quarter. So when i ask for employment letter. My employer can only states the wage per hour. No annual income. So i do i put it on my i-864? Should i just put ot as $/hour?

ohhhh. hey miracles happen everyday and people look over things all the time!!! so I am on your side that they don't even sweat it and overlook it!!

even though I read the guides I had so many blanks in my i30 form you could of thought I sent a blank form lol! but no rfe that's why Im hoping yours is ok.. and its not the end of the world if so, have a fresh one ready to send out if they send a checklist

I left it blank, I felt like putting 00 would confuse those NVC people, or I don't know what I was thinking, now I regret it. If I do get a checklist because of this, I swear I won't re-submit anything lol, I don't want the visa anymore.

Thanks for sharing a great calculating tool. However, I work only 12hr/week right now. And my next quarter will pretty much depend on my class schedule. So i dont know how to calculate it because i dont know how many hour i would work naxt quarter. Can I just calculate it using pay rate * current 12hr/week * 10 weeks/quarter * 3 quarter/yr? Then i will just write an explanation letter for my situation? Any suggestion?

annual salary is based on what you make now and it is an estimation...so, I would suggest not to complicate and just estimate your annual salary based on hourly salary as if you are going to work full time...Then, include an employment letter with hourly wage details to support your calculated number.

Current annual income is based off of what you are making currently. Since you have no way to predict your class schedule and work hours in future just simplify it to :

Current hourly rate * 12 hours per week * 52 weeks = current annual income

Still attach this explanation or support for whatever number you place on the form. I did so on my cover letter.

Yup day 34 for me.....pure torture lol. At least at the beginning of NVC I could distract myself with all the prep, research, etc. Waiting with nothing to do is tough.

Wow. You half way there. I got my case number but still waiting for them to unlock ds-261 and AOS fee so i can pay the fee and send out my package too. Good luck to you too. Hope you got CC before 60 days period.
