Sh***# my wife did staple her tax transcripts:/ ( 2 pages)

[...]

It's not going to cause a checklist or anything, but since officers have to take apart the entire package, paperclips take 1 second to remove versus a staple which can take a bit to remove as they need to use a staple remover. That's why I recommend paperclips for everything as there won't be a possibility to aggravate the officer ;)

Look at my signature;) good luck

Thanks for the info, now I know what to expect. Unfortunately I emailed at the same time when I have sent my paperwork, I hope my CC will not be delayed because of that request - in your case it took 49+14 days to change embassy.

Also what did you email to your embassy? I wonder if I should send them something too, if it will help.

Thanks again!

This was my email:

I am currently at the NVC stage (case # Xxxxx) applying for CR1 visa. At the beginning of xxxx I moved back from Xxxx to Xxxxx because of my job requirement. Is it possible for me to change the Embassy from AAA to BBB? I have called NVC and their representative told me that US Embassy in BBB has to accept my case.

I am Xxxxx citizen with Xxxxx passport.

Also attached copy of my passport!

Never received an answer from embassy:) To previous emails they always answered me.

Okay, so you did file jointly. You just need your W2 then (and the tax transcript), not the 1040. The tax transcript is a summary of the 1040.

oh. Ok.Thanks Saylin.

Yes Kels2487, we hope they complete the week strongly for Jan. scans to start to have a bit relief and some hope for CCs. May the Dec. 19 scans are the VJers only.

I think NVC requires original police reports for IV package if I am correct ?

NVC now requires only photocopy of everything except completed form i-864...originals must be taken to the interview

Just a quick question about original documents.

Should I also take my wifes original birth certificate to the interview? And as the NVC will be sending the I864 documents over for both my wife and our joint sponsor do I need to fill another form out and take them?

If original documents were submitted to NVC before memo (photocopy are accepted) was released last year (Nov 12th 2014), I think we can bring photocopies to the interview.
