My question is should (b) be 0 since the sponsored person is same as spouse

yes 00 since it already counted your spouse

For the W2. Do you guys just send the copy or the original W2 and do i have to sign on the back of it? And we staple it on the top of the tax transcript right?

Did you file your taxes jointly? If not, you don't need to send W2s with a tax transcript. If you did file jointly, a copy of your W2 is sufficient. No need to sign anywhere. And don't staple ANYTHING.

Why are you sending the 1040 and W2s if you're sending the tax transcript?

And no, don't staple anything in either package. Use paperclips.

Just called NVC - they said it takes 60 days to reply to an email. Nice!

I have sent all my documents to them and on the same day sent an email requesting name change and embassy change. Now if they will review and CC my case in 55 days and will not get to an email - my old info will stay there :-) I don't want them to process all paperwork in my old name and then send it to an embassy in another country that will take me a day to get to. I thought it was 30 days before to respond to emails?

Oh. I just send them both. Is it ok?i send W2 Because we file tax jointly and i dont see it states indivudual income anywhere on the tax transcript.

Okay, so you did file jointly. You just need your W2 then (and the tax transcript), not the 1040. The tax transcript is a summary of the 1040.
