I asked her if this meant that we could finally have a CC. She paused and then said, "could be." "Can you tell me any more than that?" I said. "No! Sorry!" she chirped back.

She's right you will hear from them soon because of your scan date... I did add you to the spreadsheet, please report back, my best guess is Friday. :)

Just spoke with NVC tonight, 64 days after they confirmed receipt of my one-item checklist...the woman was nice, cheery even, and told me the weather story but then also said to look for an email from the NVC in "the next couple of days." If I understand the system correctly, she was probably looking at my case on the screen and probably knew at that moment whether I was getting another checklist or CC. Does anyone have a decent guess as to which, based on the response?

Not that I'd hold anyone to their guess--I'm just going mad is all, no worries.:)

I am also on day 64. I hope they have been reviewing our documents today!

Have you checked whether you have 3 n/a's yet?

he can scan police report and send it to you. you can print it and send it to NVC.

Also, for pictures, he can send you picture by email...you can save it in flash memory card and take it to walgreens or similar and print the passport picture...

make sure he sends high resolution picture by email.

I think NVC requires original police reports for IV package if I am correct ?

so got the CC email from NVC today AM...took about 5 business days from the actual CC date (2/17).......let see when we get the interview date......our congressman expedite request was denied by the indian embassy.....

I-130 NOA1 : April 22, 2014
I-130 Approved: November 14, 2014 ( after two service request) 

NVC: 6 months
Received : December 1, 2014
Received DS-261 / AOS Bill : January 1, 2015
Pay AOS Bill : January 9, 2015
Submit DS-261 : January 7, 2015
Receive IV Bill : January 15, 2015 called after AOS showed paid, they released it overnight)
Pay IV Bill : January 23, 2015
Send IV and AOS: January 29, 2015
Scan date: February 3, 2015
Checklist: March 19, 2015 (only need to send south Africa police report)
Case Complete: June 3, 2015 

EMBASSY: 10 months
Interview appointment letter : December 4, 2015
Interview Date : January 21, 2016 medical wasn't complete
Second interview date: April 4th 2016
Interview Result :APPROVED!!!
Visa Received : 4/13/2016 ( they sent us a email stating our visa was ready for pick up)

Social Security : 5/10/2016 (filed from the actual office)
State ID: 5/14/2016
Started working!!: 5/25/2016
Finally paid green card fee: 6/24/2016 ( note said we will receive it within 60 days)
Green card in hand: 7/5/2016 10 year green card we done!! 

1st king born: 6/30/2016

April 2017 update: Marriage still going strong, baby boy getting bigger. Life is good

I check every 30 minites after the 60 day lol it was exactly at 11:36 pm i sow my 3 n/A too late to call i cried im finally going to be with husband and son ???❤️?

Hi! I'm looking at Saylin's DS-260 sample form online and do I really really really really really have to state each address I've had since age sixteen?! I am 40 now and I can't remember an address or have records of one since I lived in the U.S, age 26-38. I mean, I've moved probably 20+ times since I was 16.

Married 2001, conditional resident 2003, permanent resident 2005.Left U.S 2012, abandoned green card 2013.Applied I-130 Nov 2014, approved Dec 2014. DS260 13th Apr 2015. Docs sent 27 Apr. Scan date May 1. Case complete June 4!Interview July 14th, rescheduled to Oct 20th.  Applied for N400 on November 6th, 2018. I'm the immigrant :)

Nevermind, I'll give them one long extra list attached. Oh boy, addresses will go back to 1990. Glad I can email my Govn't to ask them for the addresses.

a. yourself and the person your sponsoring on this form - already has 2 in the box

b. your spouse -

My question is should (b) be 0 since the sponsored person is same as spouse
