Actually resubmitted end Jan and early Feb and again yesterday, they finally found all our email transmissions.

call and confirm and also make sure you confirm that there arent any outstanding mail/emails to review (i say this because you sent something with feb 20 day and you got your CC on that day too). I there is anything outstanding then get a supervisor to review it and clear it!

I got my CC on dec 30 but apparently another piece of mail was scanned in on dec 29. They finally reviewed everything on feb 6th.

If my parent filed tax return jointly. My dad is a joint sponsor and my mom is his household member and I need to combine income of them both. so my dad file his own i-864. in part 6 question 5, it asks for annual individual income. what number I should use for this one? is it the income on his W2? and the total income is the adjusted gross income on the form 1040A? thanks for any helps!

in your i-864, you would enter only your annual income...get that number from your paystubs or employment letter from your employer.

In your dad's i-864, he would list his annual income and support that with his paystubs or employment letter from his employer.

For total income, you must use number on total income in form 1040A. Don't use adjusted gross income if you filled form 1040A.

So the individual income ia not the one on my W2? i dont have employment letter. So how do i calculate my it using my paytubs? Thanks for your helpful answer.
