Hello all after confirming CC on the phone last night I was sent a checklist for an Australian police certificate. At the start of the letter it says that it needs to be sent to NVC but at the bottom it says it needs to be taken to the interview. Has anyone else experienced this?

yes, many others have experienced this....I'm not there yet as I just sent my packages in....but I have read posts about people receiving a cc over the phone then getting a checklist to bring something or another to the interview. I wish I could give you names so you can verify but can't remember any of them. Perhaps you can inquire once your in dwheels interview thread.

Thank you ? I called to find out what was going on and NVC said that I should not send anything to NVC. I just need to take a AFP certificate to the interview. She repeated that I should definitely NOT send anything to NVC. Thank God!

Congratulations!!!!! that is great news.

It makes me so nervous that after a week after submitting my packages via EP there is still no confirmation of anything argh. I never even received an NVC welcome letter or email or anything when my package arrived there back in December. It all makes me so squirrely. I keep on wondering if they will email me in a month and tell me they never received anything sigh.

Yes!! We finally got ours 6 hours ago!!

NVC is ridiculous. Esp Abbey from NVC told me on the phone that our scan date is Feb 19. But the email said Jan 16 which was the date we sent by email. However, we are not complaining this time since we are back on track!!

Hope you all get yours very, very soon. It is such a torture not knowing and have agents on NVC telling us all sorts of crazy lines.

When sending the packages, for the AOS, do we just send the federal tax return or do you include your state tax return? I did my taxes for 2014 and the tax transcript isn't available and I'm sending the package today. Thanks!
