My case was receive the same day as you.I called them this past friday they gave me an excuse,that they was behind due to being close because of weather.I told them I was going to call everyday now untill i get a case number

I think we will get our case number tomorow for sure.. :blink: :blink:

Feb 4th 2015 Case number

Month 7, *sad waves*. Dec 11 scan date here too. Anyone else at the point where you don't want to call NVC because it's too depressing? I just know I'm going to miss out on March interviews and be away from my husband for another whole month and it makes me want to cry.

Yeah, i know what you mean. I´m not gonna call them anymore, just waiting until i get an email. Not even looking at CEAC anymore, i´m fed up and sad. Not only that we´re missing the hell out of our husband and daddy, but also we´re kind of living on the go since i thought the move into this apartment here was just for short term :bonk: Well, we are so ready to pack and leave.

My son also would have his first day of school by september this year and if the process is gonna be delayed much longer, i would have to send him to school here in Berlin for only a few weeks and then i would have to take him out again. I really want to avoid that.

Can´t say it enough......GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF US!!!!!!

I'm so sorry you two. :cry: I wish I had comforting words or something to offer, but please just know I'm thinking of you and sending all the good thoughts/vibes/whatever floats your boat, your way and hoping you get CCs soon! Then it will all be worth it and the torture will be over. Until then, hopefully knowing you have everyone here makes it a little tiny bit easier to bear. (L)

I guess the NVC is close again today due to weather unless they are opening later. I always call them at this time. They could say something at the beginning or update information on their website. You have to listen thru all their English and Spanish recordings just to hear them say the NVC is close. Another convenient excuse for them to use.

Not able to call NVC today. . Getting the message that NVC is closed today ! Please advise if any body else is also having the same issue. Thanks

Many people are having this. I believe it is due to the weather. They haven't posted anything official.
