Hi all, how do I know NVC received papers from USCiS if I haven't gotten a case number?

Married 2001, conditional resident 2003, permanent resident 2005.Left U.S 2012, abandoned green card 2013.Applied I-130 Nov 2014, approved Dec 2014. DS260 13th Apr 2015. Docs sent 27 Apr. Scan date May 1. Case complete June 4!Interview July 14th, rescheduled to Oct 20th.  Applied for N400 on November 6th, 2018. I'm the immigrant :)

Hi all, how do I know NVC received papers from USCiS if I haven't gotten a case number?

You have to call them to get your case number. They Do send out an email only after 30 days of USCIS sending them the case. You can always call and confirm.

15-08-2014 I-130 sent
19-08-2014 NOA 1
19-11-2014 I-130 Approved
26-01-2015 Received DS-261/AOS Bill
02-02-2015 Paid AOS fee
15-03-2015 Paid IV fee
17-03-2015 Package sent to NVC
23-03-2015 Package received at NVC
24-03-2015 DS 260 submitted online
25-03-2015 Confirmation email received from NVC
21-04-2015 Received Checklist
27-04-2015 Checklist documents sent to NVC
06-06-2015 Received email for case approval

26-08-2015 Interview scheduled for 22nd Sep 2015

Has it been 30 days ? I got my email in aroung 45 days mark. Try calling them only if it's been over 30 days.

I was going to give them some time due to all the snowstorms, dreading the calling part also as I don't usually have that time. UGH. It's been about 45 days, but it might not be 45 WORKING days. I'll give them one more week, then I might have to call I suppose. Thank you for your response.

Hmmm, I haven't gotten that email.

I didnt get any email from nvc too even thought i sent them email about over amonth. 39days at NVC no email no case number

Hi Everyone,

Did anyone get through to the NVC yesterday? I gave up when the message came out they were opening at 3.00. Lets hope today is alot better as I got in at 8.01 ( 7.01 US time). Hope they are in today.

Usually they do take that long. But i am positive that you will get an email.

Sent the packages yesterday Nyala. They will hopefully arrive at NVC today. Praying that we get a speedy CC without checklist. What is your scan date?

Scan date means the receipt date by NVC? then it's January 22. So I still have long way ritbiv. I'm just praying that we get CC without checklists....Amen

I Called NVC today and confirm about my CC... i am so happy.. :dancing::dancing::dancing:

CC on 5th February 2015.

Also i asked about the interview letter and NVC Rep told me still the interview date not schedule and i ask from how many days i will get my interview letter and she said that cannot confirm...she's bit rude not nice at all..

also i hope to all my friends get CC ...

12/19/2014 : DS-261 available. Completed & submitted online.
12/19/2014 : AOS fee bill invoiced & paid online.
12/23/2014 : Mailed AOS package/IV package

12/30/2014 : AOS package/IV package (Scanned)Spoke with Kim

01/16/2015 : IV fee bill invoiced & paid online.
01/24/2015 : Submitted DS-260 (wait begins...... ) :clock:

03/04/2015 : Case Complete :dancing::dancing::dancing:

03/10/2015 : Interview Date Assign 04/27/2015 @ 11:00 am

03/13/2015: Left NVC

03/23/2015: Embassy received (Status Ready )

12/21/2015: Case was send back to NVC

01/22/2016: Case was send to USCIS

02/03/2016: Case was received at USCIS/ now waiting 6-12 months :crying:
