Got second checklist on AOS on friday.

My first AOS checklist scan date was 07 November but my case was referred to supervisor because they could not review my package in 60 days. On friday, i received my second checklist but its the same checklist they sent me in october and i responded it on 6 November. They probably lost my response scanned on 07 November :-(.

Any advice friends???

Called NVC exactly at 7.59 my time ( One hour ahead) got the office closed voice note. Called again immediately and got through. Pressed 2 immediately and imagine I am still waiting an hour plus later. Yes I know its not the rant thread. But for those calling today so far its fustrating. I wish they would improve this system. Put more information on line so people can go in and see and not have to call unless there is an issue. So fustrated with this system

I see we are in the Queue together. Hope we get through soon. I am calling to raise a query why i or my husband have not received an email indicating that my AOS/IV package was received. The package was delivered to them on 26/1/2015 and the have a receipt date on file of 29/1/2015 ( called twice to confirm and asked if i would get an email). I want my official email/ correspondence. ( I am not sure if lack of a receipt of a email signals something is not right). I hope they have not lost my documents. Have anyone else had that happen to them?

Hmm, well, hopefully they're actually taking calls and we're not all listening to this music for ages as torture... ;)

I have been holding 1 1/2 hr now. I am sitting at my desk hoping i don't have to run to the bathroom or else i'll lose my turn.

Emailing for information is a waste of time as i saw someone said they got a response a month after.

Due to the snow storm here in East cost, employees at NVC may be coming in late or NVC may actually be closed.

That is the reason all are seeing huge waiting times on the phone lines. You will be lucky if you are able to connect. But seeing the weather conditions here, I don't expect they will open today.

You got to be joking you mean we have beem sitting here waiting all this time. They must have atleast one rep working. Someone would have had to turn the switch on from the closed voice note.

I finally gave up on them I was on hold since they open. I just had some questions before I sent my documents in . and to see If I could get my IV fee invoice so I could pay it. I know I can send in the documents in without paying the IV fee, but I just want to get it out of the way
