My "Affidavit of Support Fee" Changed from "PAID" to "N/A". ¿?

AOS Checklist scan date was 9-dec-2014. Is this a good sign? I have the same scan date as sappy12. So i will asume that some news are coming. Let's hope they are good news.

I will call the NVC in a few hours if i can.

I got my case Number at NVC finally. So if anyone has a received date around dec23rd they will probably have your case number too.

Yes, this changed this morning, last night it was still marked as "PAID". This morning it changed to N/A.

I'm tying to call, but it's not going through

Perhaps a stupid question.

When we submitted the I-130, I had got all my ID except my passport swapped over from my maiden name to my married name. I sent in evidence of this along with the I-130 and filled out the I-130 in my married name. After that, I got my passport in my married name. My new passport is what will be used for everything.

Get to NVC and everything they're sending us is in my maiden name. I called and asked about this and they said it doesn't matter and that attempting to have it fixed at NVC level will result in a supervisory review and add up to 42 days to my wait time. All ID is now in my married name (aside, of course, from birth certificate) and I am still concerned that they will attempt to issue my visa in my maiden name when the time comes and I will have to have it reissued. Is there anything I should do or will they actually take care of this?

The visa is issued in the name on the passport, and the green card is issued in the name from the visa. So, if your passport is now showing your married name, that's what your visa will be printed with. You don't need to do anything on your part; the US Consulate will do this automatically.

You have to wait 3-5 days before it shows paid. After that you can proceed to DS-260.

Hi Andrea. Did you have to call NVC to get your IV bill invoiced? If not, did you receive an e-mail telling you it was ready to be paid?

Sorry about your checklist, was your checklist this time different from the first one?

My checklist was for one of the police reports, it was the wrong one. But - supervisor had told me she would accept what I send as long as I had correct one the day of interview. So my husband got it and we never sent it. So now I got a checlist for it.
