Just updating info. I just got text and email stating that we place you in line for oath ceremony.... I'm sure I will get my oath letter within few days.

I am a citizen! :-) All went well!!!

I did it at the Denver office, my interview was at 11:30, and the ceremony was the same day at 1:30pm...all was done by 3:00 pm

ATTENTION!!! IMPORTANT REMINDER!!!

I have some recommendations for all the people that will get citizenship trough marriage.

Make sure to bring to your interview any recent (last month or so) document such as:

-new electricity bills

-full info bank statements

-new house contracts if you are on rentals

-new health insurance bills

-new tax filed

Make sure also to memorize or bring your social security number, because you will be asked about as the officer goes through your application, because as a general thing you will be asked to confirm or update all the info in your application!

This will help you to pass with no problems!

Happy day! I had my interview this morning and was approved.

The interview itself was great. I arrived 30 minutes early, but wasn't seen until about 30 minutes past my time (which was ok as I got to read for a bit and relax). When I was called in, asked to stand and confirmed my answers would be the truth under oath. I handed over my 3 UK passports, green card, ID, and evidence of selective service sign up even though it was't needed. After the IO returned from making a copy, we started going through the N400. I mentioned my speeding ticket from 2010 and he told me that it was not considered a crime and crossed it off. There was no questions regrading my divorce.

After going over the N400, I answered 6 questions correctly, completed the speaking and written portions, and the IO confirmed he had recommended me for approval. He then asked if I was free on the 25th of this month to go to a special oath ceremony at the Las Vegas city hall that will be shown on TV! I was so excited! I was sent back to the waiting room to wait for the oath letter while another IO confirmed everything. 15 minutes later, I left with my oath letter, and the confirmation that I had passed!

I am so so so happy. I cannot wait for the 25th. It's going to be a very special day

When you registered for Selective Service, they should have sent you a letter in the mail confirming that, along with a paper card id card that says your selective service number. Or you could print out a confirmation from their website when you enter your info

This Selective Service Evidence is also required for my interview, but i do have the card i got in the mail.

I had my interview today, got approved :-) The IO was very nice, she swore me in, looked at my GC and passports and went over the application making sure all the info was up to date. Then she went over all the questions in part 11 of the application. When that was done I signed some papers. Next was the English test, I read a sentence, something like "what do we have to pay to the government" and wrote down "we pay taxes". Then I answered 6 civics questions and she told me that my application is approved and I will receive my oath letter in the mail. So happy, just one more step to being done with USCIS :-)
