Hi! I need some help here. I filed my ROC on friday. I felt pretty confident and I haven't had any RFE with any of my previous process ( k1 and AOS)

Well, my sense of confidence went away while I was checking a few topics about ROC and RFE. There are people who gave more proof of ongoing marriage and they got RFE.

THis is the list of things I sent:

1. Copy of our son's birth certificate

2. copy our car and health insurance

3. copy of my husband's life insurance where our son and I are beneficiaries

4. family pictures (our civil and religious wedding, my baby shower, maternity photoshoot, my son's birth, his baptism, vacations)

5. copy our both of our driver's licenses to show we share the same home

6. bank statement of our joint account

7. joint taxes

we dont have utilities bills together. My husband bought our house way before we met so the house, the mortgage and the bills our under his name. My car is also under his name cause it was a gift for me for our wedding, so I didn't have a SSN when he bought it.

Do you think is enough? or Im getting an RFE?

What other things should I add in case I get an rfe?

2--copy of green card front and back

3--copy of certified marriage certificate

4--certified copy of daughters birth certificate born in the USA

5--copy of IRS tax return transcript (from IRS website) to show taxes truly filed and received

6--copy of tax return 1040

7--copy of house lease agreement in both our names

8--copy of letter from bank staying wife is joint owner of checking and savings

9--copy of debit card with her name from the bank

10--copy of drivers license

11--copy of life insurance with my wife as beneficiary

12--copy of work life insurance with wife as beneficiary

13--copy of letter from employer stating the date my wife was added to health insurance and that she is currently covered

14--copy of 2014, 2015 health insurance enrollment showing family coverage with wife as beneficiary

15--copy of health insurance and pharmacy benefit card

16--copy of beneficiary page of retirement accounts (403 account)

17--original affidavit from two friends with knowledge of our relationship

18--copies of plane and hotel itineraries from 3 trips to Thailand traveling together

19--copies of various correspondence received in both names (fundraiser invitations and thank yous)

20--PowerPoint with 5 pages of photos of us together spanning the past two years
