I know that this would not sound fair to all the VSC folks, but I am wondering why my CSC approval is taking this long. Almost a third of the May CSC filers have received their approvals :protest:

Don't worry it'll be approved soon, ur examiner seems a little slow. Maybe, in a week or 2 you will hear the good news. Good luck!!

Got my card in the mail today. Apparently, USCIS left my apt # incomplete, on the envelope. Tracked it down, with the very helpful folks @USPS.

The card has an incorrect date on the ''Resident Since'' area-- April, instead of February. Should I just request a replacement now?

Now, the online status has been udpated again (after previously being transferred from VSC to CSC. It says:

Case Was Received At My Local Office

On August 31, 2015, we received your Form CRI-89, Petition to Remove Conditions of Permanent Resident Status Received, Receipt Number *******, at your local office. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Sorry for the dumb question, but what does this mean? I thought either VSC or CSC handles this. To me, "local office" means the office in Bedford, NH. And, I did not think they handled I-751.

Apparently you should make all the possible corrections, but again, they might tell you to send the card back and they will start production of a new card etc, quite time consuming. If you are ok with that then go for it, else be happy and frame the new card on the wall.

Seems like it is at your local office, I mean that is what they state! I'm guessing that you might get your interview letter soon, or a RFE, hopefully the former!

EDIT: I googled it, this USCIS office,

9 Ridgewood Road

Bedford NH 3110

does handle i-751 cases. Hope this helps.
