ok as my case was transferred on 8/19 (already updated) i called on USCIS number to hear the case status recording, it says my case was transferred to St Albans,Vermont not to CSC. i think everyone's case is not going to CSC and it is same office where we filed or something else? thats the same address where we sent our package..then what is the transfer deal..

Question for people who already got the card in hand, how long did it take to get the card since you got the approval message ? I called USCIS they told me it takes at least 60 days because card production are being delayed :o

It took mine 13 days. It was ordered on June 24th. I got a text and an email that it was mailed on July 2nd. I got another text and email that the USPS picked it up on July 6th. The card was delivered July 7th. I'm guessing it must show picked up by USPS when it is picked up by/delivered to local post office. No way did it get here in 1 day from CSC. Since they told you that card production is being delayed I don't know if these times would really pertain to yours. The important thing is that it has been approved and ordered. Good Luck!

My husband's was not transferred at all and was approved/ card ordered for production yesterday 8/31/15! WOOT!

I know that this would not sound fair to all the VSC folks, but I am wondering why my CSC approval is taking this long. Almost a third of the May CSC filers have received their approvals :protest:

Jan 19, 2013: I-485, I-765, I-130 sent by FedEx
Jan 23, 2013: received by USCIS Chicago Lockbox
Jan 28, 2013: received email/sms notices with case numbers
Feb 04, 2013: received 3 paper I-797 notices (postmarked Jan 28-30 from Lee's Summit, MO)
Feb 05, 2013: walked in at ASC San Jose for Biometrics (previously scheduled for Feb 25, 2013)
Feb 12, 2013: I-485 online status updated to 'testing & interview', other 2 still state 'initial review'
Mar 11, 2013: I-485 AOS interview scheduled for Apr 10, 2013 (postmarked Mar 08). I-765 status still in 'initial review'
Mar 19, 2013: I-765 online status updated to 'Card/Document Production'
Mar 27, 2013: EAD arrived by USPS priority mail
