Hi everyone, I just got an e-mail from USCIS:

On August 19, 2015, your Form CRI-89, Petition to Remove Conditions of Permanent Resident Status Received, Receipt Number EAC1509XXXXXX, was transferred to another USCIS office. That office now has jurisdiction over your case. We sent you a notice that explains why we moved your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your notice by September 18, 2015, please go towww.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice.

So, did they moved our case to California, or to the local office for an interview? Is this a good thing (faster) or not really?

Looks like they are transferring February cases now too. I just checked and mine has been transferred as of today (08/19/15). I hope not, but I bet we can expect a second bio soon.

I'm just sick of dealing with this guys, the whole immigration process is so sloooooowwww ... ok, we wait, but to make me go for a second bio is such a joke and waste of time! :ranting:

I'm only stating that based on what happened to the June 2014 filers who were transferred from VSC to CSC. It seemed like most, if not all, had to do a second bio.

I'm only stating that based on what happened to the June 2014 filers who were transferred from VSC to CSC. It seemed like most, if not all, had to do a second bio.

Whatever for would another bio be needed? It was done the first time at our local office (in Bedford, NH). It's not as if we can fly to California for another one. The NH office should still have the info (as well as VSC still have it).

Oh, and our online status shows we were transferred as well (no letter in mail yet).

Agreed. It's just speculation right now. I don't know for sure if they will send them or not. I do know that June 2014 filers had to do a second one. If another biometrics is required, we'd have to report at our local office. All biometrics is done at the local offices.

10/15/12 - Sent Concurrent I-130 & I-1485 plus I-765 and I-131
10/23/12 - Received Text and Email Notice that the application was received
10/29/12 - Received Biometrics Appointment
11/03/12 - Received all Receipt Notices in the mail
11/09/12 - Completed Biometrics
12/14/12 - Case Status for all are finally online (Initial Review for I-130, I-765, I-131, Interview & Testing for I-485)
01/07/13 - Received EAD/AP Combo Card
02/23/13 - Received Request for Initial Interview scheduled for March 28, 2013

03/28/13 - Interview
04/05/13 - Received I-485 Approval Notice
04/08/13 - Received Permanent Resident Card

01/29/15 - Sent I-751
02/02/15 - Received Receipt Notice

02/27/15 - Notice Date for Biometrics Appointment

03/20/15 - Completed Biometrics
