Hello,

I don't know if my chart will be clear but I started tracking how many approvals by month each week. It helped me to see how quickly the USCIS was progressing and which month. They have already started approving some CSC March filers but the last one was 7-7. For VSC they approved one October and are working on November. Our forum is only a section of all the activity. Either CSC folks aren't reporting on here or the office has temporarily slowed down.

3-Jul 10-Jul 17-Jul CSC VSC CSC VSC CSC VSC Feb-15 37% 0% 41% 0% 41% 0% Jan-15 80% 0% 80% 0% 84% 0% Dec-14 81% 0% 81% 0% 81% 0% Nov-14 88% 0% 88% 18% 88% 31% Oct-14 92% 62% 92% 66% 92% 70% Sep-14 85% 95% 85% 95% 85% 95% Aug-14 100% 88% 100% 88% 100% 88%

Is there any way you can attach the chart as a picture, I honestly cannot figure it our like that

Ijust got an RFE. I really don't know what to send them. I have a question, the electrical and gas bill are in my wife's name, is it possible to add my name to it now and send it. Aren't they gonna question why I just added my name

With our bills everything is under my husband's name and it doesn't have my name anywhere, but when I call I am just as equal of an account holder as he is. My name doesn't appear on statements, so I am pretty sure that even in your case if you add up your name it won't appear anywhere. Just in case they call and ask who are the account holders your name will pop up.

Good luck

Hi Guys,

What happens if I reach my 3 years anniversary and I did not get a response yet from VSC? Can I file for citizenship?

Yes you can file for citizenship if you are eligible! That would force them to adjudicate your pending I-751 (ROC) before your citizenship approval.

In order to help you better, we'd need to know what all you sent them with your initial application

I sent my package on mid January it includes

- tax return filling jointly

- pictures

- 401k showing I'm the primary beneficiary

- dental insurance showing I'm added to her plan

- car insurance for both our cars

- 2 notarized letters from a friend of us and my wife's mom

- passport stamp showing we entered Morocco the same day but she left 2 weeks before me because of her work

-Airplane tickets for both of us

Join bank account statements, since I don't have a direct deposit it doesn't show nothing for me.

- Join lease

that's all we sent.

Thanks for the info! When should I file for that? 3 months before of my 3 years anniversary? Or right after I get to my 3rd year?

90 days before your 3 year anniversary!

Ok cool, and I assume its the same procedure with the i-751.. Need to send all the stuff, tax return, pics, bills and stuff? Usually there's no interview for that right? And just so we are on the same page, is this what people normally do?

The n-400 is actually easier! look through the check list below!

OK! Thanks!!! This one looks like a walk in the park! I will file on Dec 23rd thats 3 months before my 3 years. I hope I will get a response for the i-751 before that tho... Still no update on the VSC situation I guess.

I plan on doing this also in Feb, but I'm sure the VT crew will get approved before October...I actually already completed my N400 application and looked over all the civic questions (http://amaruk.atspace.com/tests/NewCivicsTest.html) They are good for a little trivia night with the family haha ;)

Have fun!

That's some good evidence.

-Did you send the last 2-3 years of joint filed taxes?

-Do you have a Will or Life insurance with your spouse as beneficiary?

-Joint credit cards?

-Do you own any assets with proof of joint ownership? Cars, Houses, Boats, Planes etc...basically money tied up in a relationship is what USCIS is looking for.

Obviously a 2 year history of all these things is best.

If you really don't have anything else just supply something little like photos, updated bank statements and a copy of both your driver's licenses which should show the same residential address and then write a letter saying this is all the evidence you have and it's really up to them to disapprove the validity of your relationship. =) Good Luck!

These are the stats I was referring to earlier. I simply track the approvals as reported in each forum. There has been a slowdown lately and I don't know if people aren't reporting to VJ forums or if USCIS is slower.
