Some January 2015 CSC filers have gotten their approvals so it looks like CSC is processing January cases now. It's getting close guys!

So all the Vermont filers I think we are looking at September as far as processing times.. Not that bad although I am dying to get an answer already. If anyone hears anything else about this please update. Thanks!

i am a December filer and it seems Vermont is sooooooooooooo slow !!! wish they would move cases to California!

Day 11/14 Mailed AOS Package

Day 11/16 AOS Package Accepted

Day 11/20 Received Text with receipt numbers

Day 11/21 Checks cashed

Day 11/26 -Letter for Biometrix - its on 12/20

Day 12/20/ went to do biometrics, turn away as wife has a cut on thumb - will try to walk in next week

Day 12/28 - bio metrics done ! - walked in San Diego as we were visiting my in laws.

Day 1/4/2013 - received text/email that case is ready to be scheduled for interview !

Day 1/15/2013 - received hard copy letter to let us know interview is on 2/12 !

Day 1/17/2013 - received text/email that EAD has been approved

Day 1/26/2013 - received EAD card

Day 2/12 - interview done - approved on spot!

I am a Nov VSC filer and I am hoping I might see an update on my case in Sept, so if you are a Feb VSC filer you seem quite positive you will hear anything back in Sept. There are people from Sept 2014 that filed at VSC and still waiting. I hope you guys get transferred because this is the only way you will get processed sooner. But positivism always works:)

I checked my status online and found out that my card has been ordered on June 29 :dancing:

They mailed our card out on the 2nd so it took 8 days from the time we were approved and card ordered for it to mail. Good luck All!

Any predictions on Vermont office timelines for Jan filers?

Judging by their timeline now. Maybe mid Sept to mid Oct some approved filers might be seen. I am a Nov filer and still waiting and I must add about 90% of Nov filers are still waiting. There are about 40% of October filers still waiting, so don't get your hopes up. I am sorry for being so harsh, but they are a bunch of slow motion workers in VSC. CSC is already processing March and are 5 months ahead, so sad for us VSC filers.
