Congrats to all have been approved.

I just check my status and still say "my Case was Received" on Feb 23 .. it's been like that ever since even though I'm done with my biometrics.

Same for me, the status is still "case was received" and has not changed since the beginning or after biometrics.

Very hopeful after seeing the 2 approvals! :-)

Mine didn't change from received until the day it was approved (6/17). They are currently doing early February it seems but some people from January are yet to be approved, I think it depends on who your case ends up with because It doesn't go in exact order. I think by the end of July all February filers will have heard something. You are almost there, it could be any day now! Good Luck guys!

Our case was approved and card ordered on the 24th. I received a text at 8:05pm EST so it was 5:05pm in California when I got it. When I checked my email it said the email was sent at 6pm but I don't know if that's CSC time or not. I believe it is. I really was not expecting this until August or maybe July if things picked up. It was a nice surprise to say the least. Good Luck All!

Hi I'm new in this forum I sent my package on mid January received my NOA on 2/2/2015 and biometric app on 3/23 still waiting. I have a silly question I really don't know where I sent my package since my lawyer did it for me. How do you know if is it California or Vermont. Thank you

Carefully read your NOA and bio notices...it should show an address that it was sent from, alternatively the info below copied off the USCIS site tells you where to file depending on your location;

Where to File

Applicants must file Form I-751 at the USCIS California Service Center or the USCIS Vermont Service Center, depending on where they live.

If you live in Alaska, American Samoa, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Guam, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington, Wisconsin, and Wyoming, file with the California Service Center at:

I filed in Feb as well and I looked at the chart, it seems like a lot of people that filed from Dec to Feb got approved with no interview which looks promising but I havent got a response. I've already did the finger prints and everything else just waiting for the approval.

Does anyone know what to do? should I call them or just wait it out?

I sent the package to Vermont.

Seems like you filed at vermont service center.

The people approved from Dec - Feb are from California Service Center.

Vermont has a very looooooooooooooooooooooonnnnnnnnnnnnnggggggggggggggggggggg wait.
