Timeline - Wrong Service Center

My petition was mailed to the Texas Service Center, but transferred to the California Service Center. I have included that on my timeline. However, it says "RFEs at the Texas Service Center typically add an extra 20 days, which has been added to the estimated processing time." I want to know if the same is true for the California Service Center where my case is being handled. The RFE came from California and it is also where I mailed my response.

Does anyone know about this? Thanks!
