what should I write " 5. my current individual annual income? on i864 " put 0 ? or social security money?

Your dad -I864 (Primary sponsor)

Your mom- I864A (household member of sponsor))

Your sister- A separate I864 (Joint sponsor)

For your dad's I864 (Current individual income) enter the amount from retirement/social security benefit. You need to provide a financial evidence for that. Check the following link.

Father is the petitioner and therefore the primary sponsor. He needs to fill out an I-864, listing his current annual income as the income he receives. Why would you put $0 when he receives SS income? He needs to provide proof of the SS income. Use the 1099 he gets from the SSA and you can also get a social security benefits letter that will state how much he receives. Have the mom, his spouse, fill out an I-864A to go along with his I-864.

They will show their joint tax transcript, and the mom will also provide proof of her current income. If she is employed, then she can use a letter from her employer and/or recent pay stubs. Their income will be combined on the father's I-864.

If their combined incomes do not meet the income requirement for their own household size plus you, then you need the sister to be joint sponsor. She fills out her own separate I-864 and needs to meet the income requirement for her own household size plus you.
