Congrats to everyone who got good news with their status.

I have a question.I'm an early February filer from NYC and i got my potential interview waiver letter in June.

Yesterday(September 16),my status changed to "Case is ready to be scheduled for interview"

Is this a regular step for all who gets waiver letter or that means i'm getting an interview for sure.

Anyone has an idea?

Oh wow im sorry to hear that. After receiving the interview waiver I think you are going for interview. I read some couples here went to interview even they got the waiver so its normal.

NOW WHATS ROC?????

Removal of Conditions. Something we need to do 90 days before our green card expires which is in 2 years time! So better make sure that you mark that somewhere in your calendar. And let's keep all proof of evidence that our marriages are bonafide.

Congrats! We also received a welcome notice by email stating Sept 15 of welcome letter .:

"Please follow the instructions in the notice. Your new permanent resident card should arrive by November 14, 2015, after this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later."

Hoping that it will not come sooner than Nov.14.Anyway its a good news and super happy!!

Congratulations!! I also got an email saying my card should arrive by November 7, 2015. But got my card within the week so I hope you get yours soon too!!

I don't think it's a regular step for all who got the NPIW letters because I didn't get that. However, I think it's actually a good thing to have an interview because you can get approved on the spot. Many of the people here in this thread who got their green cards very early on in the process are those who were scheduled for interview. Good luck and hope you get the date soon!

LOL yea that was a major typo! I meant 8/17. I was surprised to even get a notice bc when we got the waiver letter I was thinking yea we wont be hearing anything for while! Pleasantly surprised to be wrong. I'm sure you guys will get the card in like a week or so if not before. Sorry to hear about the struggles you and your hubby are having, hope everything works itself out! Wish you guys all the best as well! Thankfully when you get your card you can have a break from all this paperwork and stress! Oh and ROC????

I know I think they make us wait forever so at the end we dont pester as much? LOL its evil for sure. a little nugget of hope now for a fast delivery. I wont tell hubs until we get it he will be a wreck!

Crossing my fingers with you Mrs.Inlove!!!!!!!We got same date of welcome notice !

CONGRATS!! Welcome notice TWINS!!! lol Your in PA so we should get them about the same time? I hope my mailman isnt slacking this month. ;)

Hi guys. Since our interview is on october 2, do we have to do another medical exam(ds3025) just like what we did in our country because the interview is happening more than a year after it?

I had my medical July 2014. Applied aos feb 2015. Do we need to do it again???

Hi guys, I NEED HELP

I just received an email saying my Green Card was being produced (YAYYYY!!!!)

BUT

I'm going on vacation in a week, and was planning to use my EAD/AP combo card to regain entry after my trip. My question is : Does this card lose its validity because my green card is being produced? Will i have any issue using my combo card to get back from my trip?

Congrats! There shouldn't be an issue getting back with your EAD/AP since you'll not have received your approved GC in hand!

I see. But what does your online status say? Still the same? Im checking on the internet the meaning of a cancelled appointment and the results say that your interview MIGHT be rescheduled? Hoping for the best.
